Owners were very friendly and gave a good welcome and information on the area and were to eat was good room was clean and tidy plenty of tea and coffee.
This gets a top rating due to the service & hospitality.
The hosts are ultra welcoming and friendly. And gave me some great tips on places to visit, including nearby scenic walks.
Plus Simon cooks a top English breakfast and Paula does a great job of keeping the place in order.
They allow dogs, although best to check with them before booking to make sure they will get on with their dogs ok.
The nearby road is noisy early morning, but only if you keep the window fully open.
We were very happy with our stay. The accommodation very good , comfortable and clean. The service excellent. Thank Paula for making our visit to Cornwall so very pleasant.
Paula and Simon are really knowledgeable about where to go and what to see. Breakfast is lovely with a nice friendly chat Paula gave my Sarah tips on furniture decorating too!! Plenty of parking. Thanks
A small B&B along the road. We stayed in a small room with twin beds. Beds were really comfy, the best beds during our roundtrip actually. The road outside is a bit noisy but not too bad. The owner is nice and served a very good breakfast - but note that breakfast is not included in the price which wasn't clear when I booked.
The owners were very friendly. A cosy place, room was clean slightly dated. The room my wife and I was in had signs of an old leak on ceiling, some repairs needed but nothing serious. Both of us found the bed a little soft for our liking. There are no restaurants close by within easy walking distance, but there are plenty of choices by car within 10 - 20 mins.
If what you are looking for is a boring, soulless establishment where every room is the same, like you get in a Holiday Inn, Travelodge or Premier Inn then this is not for you. What you do get is a personal service from a friendly couple who know their stuff and make you very welcome. This is a 350 year old cottage where every room is different but nonetheless exceptionally clean and comfortable. Plus the breakfasts are excellent and cater for all tastes, even non carnivores.
Really nice couple running the Vine, good breakfast, pleasant, clean room, comfy bed and pillows. Location was great for our one night stay. Good value for money.
Very nice cottage garden with lots bird life that was easily viewed while having a lovely breakfast in the conservatory, the property was in a excellent location for all local places of interest. The hosts were very friendly, hard working and nothing was to much trouble, helped with Paula and Simon having a good sense of humour giving a relaxed atmosphere
Host very warm and welcoming.
Nice location.
Good breakfast to set you up for the day ahead, would have liked more coffee, but in all fairness, I should have asked. Bed was lovely and comfy good shower, nice view over the garden. Nothing too much trouble.
Would definitely use this BnB again, good location for exploring the area.

A tucked out of the way B&B
A tucked out of the way up a country lane, this B&B has a very country like feel (overlooking green fields, chickens running around in garden etc), so a nice little escape for us 'townies'. Lovely breakfast and Landlady very welcoming and friendly. Room was quite small but not an issue as we only used the place as a base. Good location for Fowey and surrounding area and especially good location for the Eden Project.

Average one - only for a night ok
Didnt feel welcome, room was ok but dark. Ok for a night if you are on a transit but if you are looking for a pleasant journey to stay look for another one.
