Lovely staff. Not so great stay
The apartment smelt lovely and the staff on site were very kind. The chef was a bit iffy so I chose not to eat there. The food options were minimal too. My apartment had cockroaches and ants. I wanted to make a cup of tea but when I looked inside the kettles, I was mortified. When it came to checking out, there was no one at reception and the cleaners didn’t know where the receptionist was either. I had to hide my key on the desk and hope she sees it. The sauna was a selling point for me however when I got there, it was out of service
