Very nice appartment. The staff was kind and helpful. Check-in/check-out easy The location was perfect. Close to both the old town of Pafos, and the sea front. Highly recommend for lesuire and a good time.

Great staff, apartment and location.

The reception team were brilliant offering suggestions for restaurants etc. Room cleaned and linen changed every 3 days with plenty notice given. The appartments were well located for a good range of restaurants and some of the best archaelogical sites on the island. We even had our own numbered parking space. It had the feel of a safe place to stay. We would stay here again.

Hit and miss

Hotel was OK, with good quality loungers and nice pool area. However, would benefit from more loungers, plus we were in a room which did not get any direct sun through the day and was quite dark and damp as a result. Also not all rooms have designated parking so experience does depend on where you’re located.

Downtown Park Couple Stay

The stay at Downtown park was amazing. The apartment we had was spacious, clean and very well kept. Relaxing with extremely friendly and helpful staff. The room was very comfortable and all the furniture was clean and functional. A wonderful place to enjoy yourself and with two seperate pools. The location is about a 15 minute walk from the habour, a bit long for some but affords you some peace and quiet in the last week of Sepetember when myself and my partner stayed. Overall would very much recommend to others as a wonderful place to stay in Paphos.

Excellent Staff and location

This place is just WOW!!! All the staff there are amazing. I was well looked after by Elisavet and Christina. The room was amazing with excellent view of the sea and Lighthouse. Walking distance to all tourist spots . Local bus stop nearby kings avenue mall 5 mins walk Old town 20 mins Paphos harbour around 15 mins walk. McDonalds and KFC walking distance There is also bottle of water, juice, lemonade etc in fridge for you plus crisps, chocolate bar etc included in the room.

New and clean aparthotel

Downtown Park was our first option to spend a week holiday in Paphos this past November. This aparthotel offers an amazing view to the sea, the UNESCO archaeological site, and the lighthouse. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is very helpful and the communication was amazing. The only downside is the karaoke bar located in the bacjk of the hotel. The customers can get pretty loud in the evenings making your stay a bit uncomfortable, especially if you want to have a "quiet vacation". This is not Downtown Park's fault we understand. The staff was very kind to contact the managers of the noisy place and we were even offered an upgrade to a room in a more quiet area of the building. I emphasize that this is not the fault of the hotel, the inconvenience for two nights was actually due egoistic and loud customers thinking that their drinking, loud songs and laughter are more important than their neighbors. Other than that we give it a 9 out of 10.

Relaxing, chilled, clean and tidy!

Loved my stay at Downtown Park, very quiet, chilled out, and relaxed. Approx 20 min walk down to the waterfront, which was fine for me, and some quirky little bars very close by, along with Kings Mall right next door. Will definitely be back in Paphos, and would go back to Downtown Park anytime.
