"I stayed in an Executive Suite and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The room was very spacious and beautifully designed, with excellent facilities throughout. There were some really thoughtful touches on arrival, including lunch in the fridge, champagne for my friend’s birthday, and even a birthday cake, which was a lovely surprise. The gym was well equipped and perfect for a proper workout. Breakfast was outstanding with a wide selection, and everything was fresh and high quality. Whenever we needed anything, it was dealt with immediately. The General Manager was extremely attentive and resolved any issues within seconds. Would I stay again? Absolutely. Would I recommend this hotel? Without hesitation. A great location and an exceptional stay overall. (Room 303)"
