「Stunning property in immaculate location on the beach. Excellent amenities. Unfortunately, our stay was let down by the service, which although never rude, showed a lack of experience at all levels, including duty managers. Difficult to even order a cup of tea at breakfast, which often arrived without a mug and teaspoon, and à la carte breakfast food arrived lukewarm frequently. Overall, beautiful hotel but disappointing service for a 5* establishment」

「1 minute away from the beach front and great restaurants. No instruction or message on how to get to the property which I had to ask one of the neighbors near the property. Little run down (molds in bathroom, dirty coffee maker and electric kettle) but location was great and quiet.」

「Super hôtel, vue incroyable sur la mer. Piscine ok, chambres vraiment belles. Particulièrement aimé avoir un séchoir pour les vêtements à l'extérieur. Petit déjeuner très bon et qui change à tous les jours. Points négatifs : eau non potable et à part 1 bouteille eau le premier jour, on n'a pas eu d'autres bouteilles d'eau. Il faut sortir en auto pour tous les autres repas que le petit déjeuner.」

「A fuir!! Nous avons séjourné 5 nuits dans cet hôtel, nous avons été très déçus des prestations proposées. Tout d'abord, les photos ne correspondent plus du tout à la réalité, par exemple les fauteuils, canapés du bar de plage sont très sales et déchirés, on ne peut pas s'assoir dessus. La plage et la piscine sont également sales, mégots de cigarettes, bouteilles, verres, le personnel ( très jeune) ne semble pas du tout formé pour répondre aux attentes des clients, Musique de rap français et...

「Stayed for two nights, what a disaster it was. On arrival the first night, I checked in, then had to literally drag our luggage by myself with one woman also petite like me about a 5 minute walk from the hotel to the room. While we were walking and dragging the bags up the stairs, a worker on a golf cart sped by and waved and said Kalispera! Didnt offer to help. Then the room smelled strongly of mold and was falling apart. Second room was improved in terms of the smell, but same tired,...
