「We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Rene. We arrived much later than planned but were welcomed so graciously and even made some food. The rooms, with fantastic air conditioning, and grounds were spotless because they were cleaned every day. ALL staff were friendly and approachable. Sunbeds, swimming and restaurant area were all well maintained. Beach and town centre all within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.」

「Staff was very friendly and view from our small but clean, comfortable room was amazing! The downside is that you have to haul your luggage up an old stone walkway and staircase to check in at The Water hotel. Unfortunately, our bags were 50 lbs (23kg) each. Luckily, a staffer offered to take them the rest of the way to our room at The Rock, which is more old stone stairs up to an old stone walkway away. There are no elevators. Thank goodness for Alberto!」

「The staff were friendly, kind and very helpful . The breakfast and lunch was good, The sun beds were very comfortable, 20€ for 2 beds plus 1 umbrella. Unless you were in the front row when it was 25€. As there was 3 of us no option but to pay for 4 beds ! Hotel situated in an ideal spot, bus stop 5, with an easy was into town on the lower road, Supermarket across the road. I booked a sea view suite which I believed was in the new block but it wasn’t it was in the hotel which was fine but...

John was absolutely amazing and very easy to reach, he helped set up an airport transfer for when we got to the island, gave us recommendations on places to eat and see on the island, and was easy to reach had we needed anything at all. Our plane didn’t land on the island until 11 pm and we had no issues with finding our room on arrival or checking in so late. 「Great hotel in a lovely location, amazing views, with really friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were clean and a good size, and was lovely to have the large balcony. It’s also not a really big hotel (compared to some others) so felt nice not having lots of guests around (even though the hotel was full). Would be nice to maybe have a a buffet option for dinner, otherwise the food was very good. We will definitely be back!」

「The location was perfect for visiting central Skiathos well being far enough away from the bustle. Staff were outstanding. Breakfast was excellent. Only negative was that the half shower door would not seal or stay in place. Combined with a hanging hand shower that could not be adjusted it resulted in a significant amount of water to clean up off the bathroom floor each time one of us showered.」

「We are a family of x4 and stayed in room 11 which has a large balcony with amazing views of Skiahos Town, the ocean and islands. It really is a beautiful view. It also had a spa (like a hot tub ...but not hot...refreshing for the summer temperatures though) that is large and could easily accommodate all of us. The room looks beautiful, and very clean with fresh bed sheets and towels every day. Also the owner George is very friendly and helpful and ensured some issues early on were sorted...

「Our AC didn’t work and the staff knew that and put is in the room. When we asked for help to turn on the AC we were told there’s an issue with the AC in our room and they can’t do anything about it that night. It would’ve been nice to be put in a room that had AC」

「Pro: Tolle Lage direkt im New Port, und nur eine Minute zur Bushaltestelle Nr. 1. Rascher und freundlicher Checkin (anonst kein Kontakt mit Hotelpersonal außer Grußworten). Entsprach alles der Beschreibung und hat den Erwartungen erfüllt. Con: Der Ausblick im Dachgeschoss Zimmer ohne Meerblick ist nicht ansehnlich (Gebäuderuine). Wenig Wasserdruck in der Dusche. Bad mit WC ist sehr klein und hat keine Ablageflächen außer dem kleinen Waschbecken. Kühlschrank ohne Eisfach. Keine Kaffeemaschine...

「4泊しましたが、最初の一日以外はずっとシャワーの温度が低かったのと、ベッドの掛け布団がうすーいシーツ(シーツそのもの)だけで、その2点が不快でした。 また、スタッフに関してはフロントはとても感じが良かったのですが、初日ディナーブッフェを利用しましたが、部屋に戻るとき、スタッフに部屋にチャージしてね、と言ったら、OKとの事で伝票にサインをしましたが、翌朝朝食に行くと、別のスタッフが、昨日支払って貰ってないんだけど、と言ってきたので、部屋に付けたよって言うと、昨日貰ったサインは飲み物の分だけだから、じゃあこっちにもサインしてと別の伝票を持って来た。だったら確認した時に2枚持って来てくれないとこっちは分からない。朝から食べ逃げしたかの様に扱われとても不快だった。」
