「Leider haben wir die heißeste Zeit erwischt, das machte den Urlaub nicht wirklich entspannt, aber das Haus ist ein Traum und das Meer war glasklar. 「Wir waren im August 2023 mit 2 Teenagern und unserm Hund dort. Obwohl die Haushälfte zum Hang zeigte war es sehr hell und von den beiden Terrassen vor und hinter dem Haus gab es einen tollen Blick Richtung Meer. Die angegebenen 1 km bis zum Strand sind wohl Luftlinie, also zu Fuß nicht zu machen da es steil bergauf- und ab geht. Aber mit dem Auto ist man in 5 Minuten am Strand. 「Villa très bien équipée avec une vue exceptionnelle située dans un petit village typique de la Calabre. Région un peu moins touristique que le sud calabrais mais de très beaux endroits, belles marinas, bons restaurants etc alentours. Attention peu de gens parlent anglais mais on s’en sort très bien ! Giuseppe est très disponible et riche de conseils ! Très bon accueil ! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !」

「Check in was flawless. Any question through WhatsApp answered immediately. The location is nice and quick but only 5 minutes from the beach , shops en restaurants. 「Siamo stati benissimo una settimana alla villa Letizia, in famiglia, un gruppo di 12 con bimbi. Bel posto con un bellissimo giardino e panorama, vista sul mare stupenda. La casa è grande e comoda. La piscina è bella grande. La communicazione con Anna è stata molto facile, ha sempre risposto rapidamente. La casa è un po difficile da trovare (forse un cartello all'inizio del camino potrebbe aiutare) e la strada un po stretta ma niente di insormontabile e il panorama ne vale la pena :)...

「Wir haben unsere Zeit in der Villa Giulia genossen. Von der Terrasse hatte man einen wundbaren Blick aufs Meer. Im Haus haben wir nichts vermisst. Ein bisschen schade ist es, dass man keine Liegen hat, um auch am eigenen Pool zu liegen und auch einen funktionstüchtigen Sonnenschirm für die Terrasse haben wir vermisst. 「We were the first guests to stay at this beautiful home. It is out in the country, and has wonderful views of the countryside and old Rende. 「This is such a beautiful place with a laid-back atmosphere and host. Cesare was great from start to finish. We arrived later in the evening the first night but he was kind and patient as we drove into southern Italy. The courtyard is beautifully decorated with gorgeous flowers and outdoor furniture and it's illuminated at night. Our room was clean and colorful and the kitchen was super useful. The beach is walkable and within 300 meters. We'll definitely stay here again! Thank you!!」
