Front desk staff are very helpful but the service throughout the hotel is a bit lacking We had booked three rooms but when we were shown to them none of them ready. "Very convenient location, near Forio port. Quite noisy, but the windows block most of the noise. The room was super dated with furniture from the ‘70’s. Same with the bar area. The garden is nice with two thermal water pools, plus there’s a warm indoor pool. They have mud treatments and many other treatments in the spa area. "We loved it so much here that we added an extra night. The staff was phenomenal and so very personable. The hotel is lovely, fresh and new and very clean. It was an easy location to take the train or bus around Naples. They provided parking as a cost. We highly recommend this hotel. We do plan to return!"
