「The host were warm and friendly. Breakfasts were homemade, generous, very tasty and served at the time we requested each morning- Freshly squeezed orange juice and amazing fruit along with many other choices. The property is well maintained and interesting. It backs up against a nature preserve so it feel private. We'd happily stay here again!」

「This accommodation has everything you want for a wonderful vacation. Fantatstic premises, very clean and very quiet. The food that Ilara our host cooked for us was sensational. The hospitality is not to be surpassed. Everyone was extremely helpful. Robbie and Ilara gave us many valuable tips. We would come back anytime.」

「We had a marvellous time at Caracal Lodge. It was a wonderful away from it all experience. Magtree Cottage was very comfortable and well equipped even though there is no electricity, power being supplied by gas appliances, paraffin lamps and LED lighting. It was magical to wake up with views of the resident giraffe family as well as zebra, impala, horses and a pet pig! Outside there was a braai, fire pit in a lovely shaded area and a small pond. Exploring the 300 hectare game park there...
