"When we were arrived we were welcomed by the owner who showed us the house, the owner is very friendly and helpful. There was some confusion about the bed linnen and towels that are not included (although the advert says it is) costing an extra 14 Euro PP. The house itself is situated somewhat remote but in a very nice and quiet setting with pool and jacuzi and a large garden. The house itself needs some modernization but is practical. "

"My wife, 7 year old daughter and I decided to have a 2 centre holiday in France, arriving to 4 degrees in Paris from Bangkok's 30 degrees. It was somewhat of a relief to arrive in Madiran at Le Prielle to a balmy 18 degrees. We were joined by my older children 16 & 17 from UK and so were 5 in total. "We were a party of 17 staying in Projan as it was in close proximity for our son and daughter in law’s wedding in Viella. We had a mix of ages and the only negative comment would be we had anticipated a larger barbecue to cater for the numbers staying. The whole property and spread of accommodation was excellent and more than ample to both entertain and relax. "

"Booking through hotels.com was very easy reservation was confirmed quickly. I was sent emails about checking in, I could check in using auto system. However, when I arrived at the hotel the system required booking reference. Unfortunately I had not been supplied with a booking reference. So I had to wait outside the hotel for over an hour before staff member turned up. The hotel itself though was very good. "
