As an 85 year old, small woman, I was so appreciative of his kindness. You surely don't see that level of caring very often, if ever. On my return trip I will definitely spend another night with them.」

Upon entering our room, we found the bed pillows were stacked up in a pile on the edge of the bed and someone had laid on them...YUCK! I reported this to the Front Desk along with the fact there was trash in the waste basket and another door key on the table. She said she would notify "housekeeping". A few minutes later she called to say we could come down to the front desk to get clean pillowcases. There is black...
