The house had most everything we needed (no foil, plastic wrap, etc if you plan on cooking…but no big deal). The bed is very comfortable. They provided coffee pods for the keurig! We had a full day of nonstop rain and high winds so we were at the house all day and still enjoyed the view and the comfort of the house. Sad Monkey Mercantile is just down the road so we popped...

The property was clean when we arrived and had everything we needed for the stay. Pool and outdoor space were great to hang out in. There is a grocery / restaurant / gas station right down the street shI was really convenient. Even has a bar and live country music on the weekends which was really fun. 「These cabins were perfect for our two kids and their families. We enjoyed being near Palo Duro Canyon, playing games and snacking at Sad Monkey Mercantile, eating out in Canyon, anf playing in the handicapped accessible park. Everyone loved our stay 」

I have a 21’ boat with dual axle trailer and was able to back the boat and trailer down the slight hill and into the driveway area. 「We only needed a place to sleep on our road trip from Salt Lake to Dallas, and this place worked just fine. I liked that it was quiet, easy to find, and easy to get into even in the dark; since we arrived at about 1 AM… Significantly later than we had originally hoped. I will say I wasn't prepared for two small hide a beds… But they were comfortable enough. We arrived late and left quite early the next morning, so didn't really do anything other than sleep.」
