Welcome to this beautiful three-bedroom, three-bathroom home nestled in a quiet neighborhood! This home offers everything needed for a comfortable stay and an array of amenities that will make your stay memorable. Enjoy a spacious outdoor patio, perfect for barbecues and relaxing in the sun, as well as a fire pit and a brand new deck for you and your family and friends to enjoy. Also, walk down the deck to the famous Little Red River where you can enjoy fly fishing off the dock or relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the river. Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, luxurious bathrooms and bedrooms, and cozy common areas. Plus, with a location just a few minutes from Greers Ferry lake in Heber Springs. It's also minutes away Searcy where you will find from shopping, dining, and entertainment, there's something for everyone to enjoy! Come experience it all!

You will be located on Rainbow Island, close to the town of Pangburn where you can enjoy delicious treats from the Mercantile on Main, staple items from the Dollar General or the local grocer, all within a 5 min drive!

Plenty of room for the whole family to stretch out and relax. Very peaceful atmosphere. It was the perfect place for us to celebrate college graduation and hang out as a family. The house is absolutely gorgeous!

River getwaway

Great property! Our only real complaint was that the river was low and we couldn't fish... but when the river is up, it will be fantastic, especially for families or large groups. It was a lot of space for just two of us, but we can see the potential.

I took my teen son and 2 friends here for fall break, the outdoor spaces were gorgeous and easy to enjoy. The fire pit was a group favorite. We had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy while we were inside as well. It was so nice to relax and get away for a bit. I did not hear, “I’m bored” or “what should we do” once! Beautiful home and space!

Great stay! Perfect house for our family of 5 (kids 17, 13, 8 yrs). The kitchen was well stocked for us to cook. I would not recommend for toddlers as this house is multi levels with lots of stairs. But it was great for us!
