"We stayed here for three nights. We had a huge room that was well equipped. The patio door didn’t lock, but someone was supposed to fix it and never did. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good and again the staff serving were so nice and pleasant. The last night of our stay was a bit disappointing because we didn’t get any sleep. Not really the fault of the facility, but as it is an old building the walls are definitely not sound proof. The person in the room next to us snored like a freight train all night long! The only thing we would change about this place is the fact that they say laundry facilities, which they don’t have! They did offer to wash clothes at a cost, but please change your description so others don’t think they can do their laundry here when traveling."

"The room was beautiful. Colorful decorative pillows on an antique bed, (comfortable) fireplace, balcony overlooking the water. Only thing we wondered about was the lack of drinking glasses, and no frig provided. Beautiful gardens and grounds and the food is amazing!!!!! Absolutely a must stay for us. It was indeed a stunning room with a stunning view. We will Be Back!"

"The cottage was very cozy and had great antique accents throughout. The property and surrounding locations were calming and lovely. Lots of beds and comfortable seating, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again."

"The location of the property is fantastic. Just a few minutes walk and you are at the Sea Caves. So many vendors and a restaurant in a walking distance. A person does not need to drive anywhere since everything is close by."

"A very nice, quiet little cottage. It is well equipped - kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. The nearby village of St Martin’s has a small grocery store and several restaurants. Also close to a beach with great rocks and views at low tide. We hadn’t noticed in the listing that there isn’t a living room or couch."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The king size bed was super comfy and we slept well. The quiet and serenity of the location suited us perfectly. The Hot tub was clean and we stargazed as we soaked. The views are awesome as we watched the tides roll in and out. The three stories were not an issue for us in our upper 60s. Hanging out in the upper level was a highlight of our stay. We will definitely return if we are in the area again."

"Quiet and cozy place to stay while exploring the beautiful beaches in the area. Cabin was extremely clean and well equipped. Owners were friendly and available when needed. They provided history of the area which was amazing. Our dogs enjoyed their stay as well. Would definitely go back and stay again!"

"The cabin was perfect for the two of us. It was clean, quiet and very comfortable and had all the ammenties we needed for a two night stay. A convenient few minutes out of the village of St. Martins. Highly recommend and Joe was wonderful to deal with."
