「The building is nice, the rooms are large and clean and kept up. We asked about the coffee cafe and learned the brew machine was not working. One of the payment readers wasn’t working also. Aside from having to schlep over to Target for my morning chai tea, it was a nice place to stay.」

「The mattress was too hard for us but breakfast was very good」

「Overall ok」

「Not recommend to stay」

「The room was very clean and spacious. It was nice having a true kitchenette and nice size refrigerator. THe bed was comfy and the products in the bathroom were very nice. The breakfast needs some improvement for example the oatmeal was not fully cooked and the space is very tight. Besides that everything was fine.」

「Guy at the front desk was good, when I arrived the front desk clerk said I booked a smoking room, I had my child with me on vacation and would never booked a smoking room, I showed him my reservation on my phone, he still kept saying I booked a smoking room and he didn't have any nonsmoking rooms available, after going back and forth, he checked me into a nonsmoking room, the room floors wasn't swept or mopped, all of the surfaces in the room was dirty, ask the housekeeper to clean the floors,...

「Very kind and attentive staff. Clean and very very well maintained」

「I liked the pool and room was nice. Free breakfast and a shuttle from the airport would have been amazing」

「Nice place and all was good. A bit pricey though.」

「1. Whenever I needed help from the front desk there was never anyone there that I could talk to. 2. I had a handicap room and ther was only 1 handicap bar in the tub area that was so far away you could barely reach it without fallen into the tub. The floor of the tub was so slippery that I alway a thought I was going to fall because the stripes that are down are so worn out. 3. I had a non-smoking room and yet I kept smelling smoke from somewhere. It felt like it was coming through the vents...

「Old hotel. Room carpet was dirty.Tap in bathroom was difficult to turn off(may be broken?).There were the dust on the desk, coffee maker and so on.And,Hair was on the towel.Old woman in Front desk was not kind. Why "Comfort suites"?I have stayed Comfort suites in US three times within 5 days,I can't believe that this hotel is the same series of hotel.」

「We a checked in and the process was was seamless. We were greeted with a wonderful smile and helpful information. We had a very clean room all the linens and everything was so clean that I immediately felt comfortable. I wish I had had time to use their gym and pool but it was a two day stay. I will definitely be a return customer. We were allowed to check out an hour later to rest. Thank you to the wonderful staff!」
