"Rooms and the hotel appears to be a modern newly built and has lovely interiors and elegant light fixtures. The Restaurent was lively and the swimming pool was awesome being at the top and. Panoramic view of Mysore could be beheld. Staff was cooperative especially the ones from Assam/ NE side. Great place ! "

"This listing is a fraud. The property owner denied me the room which was paid and booked 20 days in advance saying there is no booking made through expedia. I had to wait the whole day on the road trying to connect with the agent without any response which eventually spoilt my whole trip.The property owner blames it on the agent -IRooms , the IRooms agent blames it on expedia and then switches off the phone. Looks like a fraud network "

"Very polite and helpful staff , particularly the manager Gaurav who was very helpful when I raised some issues about my room . He very quickly resolved them and was cordial throughout . Will surely return when visiting Mysore next time . "
