「Punta Rosa is a fantastic hotel. Located right on the beach at the end of Station 1. 2 minute walk to Diniwidbeach which in our opinion is the best beach. The rooms are so cozy, clean and nice. The breakfast is very good and you order it from a varied menu. And the staff is very nice! We got upgraded rooms by the owner during our 2 week stay here - the suite was better than all our expectations! She, as well as the rest of the staff, has been very helpful with all our questions and...

「Staff’s are great! You can ask them directions of places you want to visit, they also recommend where you can try best food in town. The hotel is new and offer a low price compare to other hotels. Kudos! We enjoyed our 2 night stay. Loving the menu of their breakfast too!」

「フィリピンのさまざまな都市のゲストハウスに泊まってきましたが、このゲストハウスはスタッフのおもてなし、部屋の清潔度、快適さにおいて1番良かったです。 またWi-Fiの通信速度も普通のホテルのよりもぜんぜん早いです。朝食も部屋代に含まれておりフィリピン料理をいただきました！美味しいかったです。水は無料で飲めます。 また近々泊まる予定です。 1つデメリットをあげるならば、ゲストハウスの位置です。少々分かりにくいところにあるのと屋台やコンビニなどはありますが近くにショッピングモールがないこと。タクシーで移動する人は問題ありませんが。。。」

「If it were not for Ms.Melanie, i hope i remembered her name right i would rate this hotel zero star. We had trouble with our reservation but she made every possible way to resolve it and provided us great service w/ the food and room. She does it all. As for the room and hotel, it needs an upgrade. The room is not clean. Cant even sleep and shower because of the condition of the bed and shower area.」

「Terrible place to stay at! Can’t even add a person to the hotel and the front desk doesn’t know how much it would cost to add a person. Customer service are only available till 9pm and front desk is really rude! They won’t let visitors inside the hotel.」
