「We were a family of 5 that stayed on the penthouse floor. It was fabulous, clean, on-site laundry and the rooftop pool with views was incredible. They are extremely responsive. The TV was not working & we thought it was the remote...what did they do? They brought a new TV, which we were not expecting. My husband loves to cook and we cooked a lot in that kitchen. 「The hotel is in a great location, close to many choices of restaurants and places of interest to see. The staff went out of their way to make the transition as soon as we landed as easy as it gets. Transportation from the airport, places to see, restaurants, even set us up with a private tour of the canal. We will definitely be coming back and this will be our choice of places to stay.
