First Floor Walkout
At Flat and Happy the ground floor porch welcomes you. Take in the views of St. Augustine Green or take a dip at the neighboring Cabana Pool.

Laid-back textiles and a relaxed, yet refined palette make for a vacation vibe we love in the living room. The living room doubles as a sleeping space with a queen sleeper sofa. Whip up a delicious meal in the fully equipped kitchen and choose from casual dining atop the waterfall breakfast bar or something more formal in the adjacent dining room.

Off the living room is a guest bedroom with a set of bunk beds (full size) and an additional twin. A sparkling guest bath features wide vanity and tub/shower combination.

The over-sized master suite offers a king bed that is flanked on either side by matching end tables. In the master bath a large walk-in shower and double vanity sink provide a spa-like ambiance.

**This property requires a 4 night minimum stay during spring break and summer and a 2 night minimum stay during shoulder season.

Great Location

Great location, condo was clean, comfortable beds. Hot water ran out quickly for our family of 5, front window in living room is cracked. Overall we had a great week in Rosemary!

Almost Perfection in a Rental

Wonderful week in Rosemary Beach. Beautiful flat with nice amenities. One of the things we loved but didn’t realize was that the smaller bedroom has bunked full size or queen beds plus the twin. Quite a lot of sleeping real estate! The water heater is undersized for a family of five coming back from the beach or the pool. Would have loved to not have to hurry everyone along so that the last two would have some hot water. Would be nice and simple upgrade to toss the tiny WH under the HVAC unit and put in a tankless unit. For as much as it is to stay at RB, every box should aptly checked off. The bathroom design is lovely. We truly appreciated the wonderful blinds in all the rooms that were far better than a similar unit we used the year before. Overall, an excellent rental.

This property was beautiful, clean, and close to the beach. The pictures were accurate. We loved this place. We usually stay at 5 star hotels but we loved it. Rosemary beach was incredible!!!

When we first arrived I noticed that it wasn’t that clean . The first day there we saw bugs and then continued to see them out entire time there - I was terrified the entire time about them crawling on things.

Anniversary trip

Fabulous rental. Beautiful little condo perfect for 2 or a small family! My one complaint, check in is at 4. It’s a long day of waiting to get in so you really expect the rental company will live up to their expectations and have it ready for you to walk in. Ours was not ready so that was a little frustrating but once we did get in it was wonderful!
