You’ll be on the beach in less time than it takes to wait for elevators in some high-rise buildings. 1600+ sqft of living space with expansive ceilings and enough room to house the entire family comfortably is just steps away from the famed waters of the Gulf and a private walkway to the resort’s 315+ ft of private beach, which you’ll have almost all to yourself

Spring break

This property was a great place to stay for my family over our spring break. Spacious condo with many amenities in the complex that kept our kids happy and busy. Location is close to gas and groceries as well as things to do like pier park, and 30A. All that and a host that was extremely responsive and attentive to all my questions and messages, and who truly wants you to have a great stay.

Great stay!

Nice clean condo. Well stocked kitchen. Nice area. Owner very quick to respond. Property well taken care of. Checkin super easy. Additional bonus was activities at pool, movie night and live music one night. Had a great experience and would stay here again.

Family friendly place

Our family has been coming to Sunnyside for 10 years. This is our first stay in this condo and we have already booked for next year. The amenities are great and the condo is very spacious. Philip was very quick to respond and great to work with. Sunnyside is a very special place for families.

Great amenities!

We loved the amenities of the property - having the pool, tennis, sand volleyball all right outside the back door was fantastic. Easy walk to/parking at beach access across street. Groceries stores/restaurants/etc are just a few minutes away. The pictures we felt didn't represent the rooms completely accurately - the 2ne bedroom upstairs was small, so we had 3 kids sleeping downstairs (planned to have a twin air mattress there - but I also didn't confirm this would fit). The couches were covered with blankets when we arrived. Most kitchen items were beyond time for replacement, and the home didn't have some basic items - pizza slicer, rubber spatula, etc. I think a general update to the kitchen (bakeware, utensils, dishware, etc) and a deep clean of the kitchen and the home would be 5 stars. The owner responded quickly and adequately to concerns of cleanliness and an issue with the keypad lock late at night. We had a hectic schedule and it was wonderful to have designated parking and a nice home.

Quiet, Great Complex, Relaxing Girls Week

The complex is older but fabulous. Well maintained pool, playground and common area grass. Huge gazebo on beach side available by tunnel or crossing street. Condo is on back part of property but we didn't mind the Sidewalk walk to beach.(There is parking also at beach to drive.) I used a push cart to gazebo with all our beach equipment and left it at top of steps. The playground, sidewalk and pool are right out the back door. Great for my 2 year old and her radio flyer bike. Condo was clean, comfy beds and spacious airy living room. We enjoyed it very much. Appliances up to date and although we took everything except the kitchen sink with us the condo had everything already except beach chairs. Take your own. We will definitely go back. Great time!
