We had a great time ! Condo was very nicely decorated and clean . Only thing was the sink was broken but it got fixed that same day. The view from the condo is perfect and loved that it came wirh beach chairs . Great locating .

Family Summer Beach Trip

We just wrapped up our summer family trip to Panama City Beach. This location was perfect for our family! One of the big factors of any beach vacation for us is the cleanliness of the room. This property was super clean, well decorated and up to date. The balcony was huge and offered great views of the ocean. We also liked its location on the strip (as it was easier to access). The beaches were also amazing! Overall a great find!

Amazing stay, would recommend for anyone interested!

I went with my family for my daughter’s 8th birthday she had a blast, we all did the view was amazing and also the place was really nice and Clean! I would most definitely recommend staying at this place again you will not regret it!

Beautiful memories....

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful condo and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. The first thing that caught my attention was the breathtaking view. The condo is strategically located to offer an amazing beach view that simply takes your breath away. Whether it was watching the sunrise or gazing at the ocean at night, the view alone made the stay worth it. The comfort of the beds was another highlight of the condo. After a day of enjoying the beach adventure, coming back to a cozy and comfortable bed was a true luxury. The beds were well-maintained and provided the perfect night's sleep, allowing me to wake up refreshed and ready for another day of excitement. What truly made this stay special was the memories created with my family. The kids had an absolute blast looking for sand crabs. It's the little things like this that create lasting memories for both children and adults alike. The fact that the condo offered a space for such family-friendly activities added an extra layer of enjoyment to our vacation. Lastly, I want to extend my gratitude to the hosts for providing us with such a wonderful experience. The beautiful memories we created during our stay will truly last a lifetime. The condo not only met but exceeded our expectations in every aspect. We're already eagerly looking forward to our next visit, and I can't recommend this condo enough to anyone looking for a remarkable and memorable getaway.

June 27-July 1 / our week at 1102

Overall the condo was nice and we loved our stay ! There were just a few things that made us take notice and surprised us . When we arrived the towels were still in the washer ( not dried yet). Also there were severall marks and scrapes on the walls, also the blue rugs in the master bath room had white bleach marks on them. There were holes in a couple of the towels and ink or marker marks on the sofa bed sheets and pillowcases . We enjoyed the extra beach toys at the unit and the air pump. Also we very much enjoyed ha I g the beach chairs/ service all week - this was a big reason we chose your unit to rent ! Thanks and have a great day ! PS We look forward to coming back to stay again .

Perfect getaway!

The condo was just as advertised. Well stocked & beautifully decorated. We really enjoyed the large balcony with a fantastic view. I was beyond happy about the simplicity of the building & elevators! Walking distance to great restaurants! Hope to be back soon!

Best condo yet!

We had a great time during our stay in Panama City Beach! The condo was just as it was pictured, had everything we needed and a great view of the beach. We loved watching the dolphins swim by almost every morning and the beach area was relaxing and not overpopulated. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay!

We enjoyed our stay with Greta’s Rentals , Ocean Reef 1102. Condo was lovely and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The condo was spotless when we arrived. I spoke with and messaged the staff a couple of times and Adam and Jessica were very helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone.

Great girls weekend spot!

We had an amazing time! The condo is beautiful and clean. We didn’t use the pool/hot tub, but they looked clean. The balcony is awesome - lots of comfortable seating and a beautiful view! The umbrella/chair rental was awesome, made the trip much more relaxing! We were able to walk to 3 different restaurants for dinner. Really the only complaint was the parking garage spots are TINY! My friend drove us in her truck and we all had to get out to help her back into the spot and if her truck was one inch higher it would not have fit at all. So just don’t bring a larger/taller vehicle and you’ll have an amazing time!

Very Nice Condo with a Great View

This Condo was very nicely kept and clean. All the utensils needed for preparing meals were there and there was plenty of room for me, my wife, and our three kids. The outdoor patio was nicely furnished and had a great view of the ocean. The beach was easy to get to and the complimentary beach chairs were a nice place to relax while we watched the kids play.

Absolutely Perfect!

AMAZING CONDO

I literally almost cried upon arrival after driving 17 hours from Iowa we got to the condo and it was even better than the pictures. It had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation and my daughter loved the pool and hot tub. We spent hours there every day. She loved having her own room and bathroom with her own tv so after it got too dark for the pool she didn’t have to watch mom and dad’s boring shows but could watch whatever she wanted. Location for everything we did was great and everyone we encountered at the condo building was super friendly and nice. Was worried with it being spring break about “partners” but couldn’t even tell. Fell asleep listening to the waves each night.
