Spring Break Vacation

Great place to stay. Beautiful views of the water. We went for more of a place to relax and it was perfect. Views from the balcony are amazing. Having the corner gives you extra views. Parking, check in, and beach access are all super easy. The condo had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic view

This location is ideal!!! The balcony wraps around giving you a great view of Panama City Beach. The bedrooms are spread out to provide some privacy. Overall, would rent this property again.

Girls trip

Our annual girls trip was a great trip due to your condo. The location is perfect and the condo is perfect for 3 females. We hope to be back. The tvs were the only problem we had trying to figure them out, but who needs tv with the outside views.

Rough start

The property was nice but started with 12 pieces of outside furniture piled in the living room. Had to move it all out to begin to enjoy. 2 pieces were rusting apart so lots of rust to sweep up. Impossible to get maintenance on the phone. Messaging was ok but when i asked where to send pics of concernsno response. Outside of these tand the tiny parking garage we enjoyed our stay.

Couldn’t ask for a better stay

What a great property! Pictures don’t do this amazing condo justice. The views were spectacular. The beds weren’t uncomfortable like a few other reviews mentioned and everything was clean. We even got a 4 hour early check in!!!! That had NEVER happened before. Two beach chairs came with property for the week also. Overall 5 stars and we will visit this condo again.

Review & Recommendations

Let me begin by saying that our family would stay in this unit again with only a couple of updates. Communication with owner, no contact check in, cleanliness and the location of this property were all 5 star. This unit has changed since the photos were posted. Two rooms have had the furniture switched. The queen bed has been moved to the room that shows two twin beds. The twin beds have been exchanged for a twin bed, and a bunk bed that is a full mattress on the bottom level, and twin on the top level. The cream sectional is now a dark blue sofa & loveseat. The dining table is now a large rectangular wooden table that can easily seat 6+ people. These actually were all good choices. Our number one complaint is every mattress is worn out & miserably uncomfortable. Also, two of the bedrooms need better window covers. The cream blinds restrict no light, and make sleep very difficult. Even at night the bright lights are impossible to block. We certainly would recommend this unit, and would love to return. However, the mattresses are in serious need of replacement. In the queen bedroom it would be nice to have nightstands to put your phones, etc. The only other small note is that a few pieces of balcony furniture need removed, as it is rusted & has broken pieces laying near the metal tables, and the metal bench seat. The balcony is very large, and is such a wonderful part of this unit. The unit is very spacious, and overall beautiful.

For the money you can do better

Drains clogged in bathrooms Lights did not work in multiple rooms Ceiling fans did not work in 2nd bedroom Floors were unclean upon arrival Air conditioning went off and on and no we did not leave doors open. It was 90 plus degrees and the air kept going back to78 automatically There was a leak from hot water heater room. Handles on fridge were-so loose we were Afraid to open Mold on curtains going to balcony This all may seem like minor items however when you spend the money we did on a condo for a vacation we expect the space to better Showering every night with out a light was just fun.

Beautiful condo with a spectacular view. Very easy check in process, nice pool. On property Security was checking license plates in the garage to make sure they were registered and pool wristbands the whole time we were there - nice to see.

Loved Our Stay Here

First we love this property Sunrise Beach Condo - This is our third year staying here and the second stay at this exact same unit & we love it. The check in is SO EZ, the parking is great as it is underneath & makes getting from parking area to unit hassle free. The condo is very nice and the main draw is the view as it is spectacular on this wrap around balcony on this end unit. Walking distance to many great restaurants. We will back again next year !! Highly Recommend !!

This place is nice and beautiful views. Bedding was uncomfortable but manageable. Very roomy and nicely decorated. I would highly suggest fixing the light fixtures. Some lights sound like you were frying bacon made you nervous and 1 didn’t work at all. Dishwasher didn’t clean or dry dishes well. It also would of been nice to have beach towels provided so I left them 5 and left them a fan for people like me that need that noise. We did talk to another couple and the place they rented in our place came included with the beach chairs and umbrellas plus towels but theirs might of been as roomy or nice. I can say this overall I would stay there again just not during a tropical storm. People got stuck in the elevators and we had to climb 12 floors lol. I would recommend this place

Great place

The condo was beautiful and well appointed. The wrap around deck allowed us to see the street and the beach. Wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely rent again.
