This was an amazing property. It was perfect for the 3 of us. The property was clean, smelled great and in a great location. Having a child with us, we loved the security of this property. Everyone was friendly and the ease of check in and check out was great. We would come back here heartbeat

Property and workers and beach were fabulous. Check in process was harder than expected due to the fact I kept missing a box on my rental agreement. I thought when the money was. Deposited everything was good to go. I talked to a very angry person on the phone. But fortunately he was kind enough to stay awake until11 to give us our door code. We had a blast. Tho

We loved our stay in 1806. It was very clean and cozy. The view of the gulf is amazing from the balcony! The pools were clean and nice. We ate at the onsite restaurant twice it was very good!

First time Panama City Beach

Loved this location and the view of the ocean was breathtaking. Plenty of space and storage for all the items we took with us. Also the service on the beach and pool access were great. Looking forward to taking our grandkids for a visit.

Too much security & Rules

The condo we stayed in was ok. The bathroom needs updating. The mattress was too hard for me. There is something wrong with the washing machine button. Only one roll of toliet paper was provided. I could live with all of the above but making the kids get out of the pool 10 minutes of every hour was weird and excessive to me. Why not just hire life guards instead of all of the security guards. They were everywhere. There was an uncomfortable un-vacation like experience with all of the security presence. I’ve never felt unsafe at PCB, why do they need so much security?

Peace

When you don’t want parties and loud neighbors keeping you up all night you want to stay here. Security is VERY good. No issues at all, except eating too much.

Great Vacation

We loved our stay! It was perfect for 2 adults. The Resort is very well maintained with security always present. The condo is on the 18th floor with incredible views. The unit was nicely decorated & very comfortable. The unit is right outside of the elevators but we were never bothered with noise. (Note-don’t expect any extras-cooking spray, oil, foil, coffee, creamer, laundry detergent, extra paper towels, cooking spices, games etc… Bring those with you as this unit does not provide such things) The condo was 1/2 mile from Pineapple Willys & was just far enough away from the commercialized area to make it a little more private. There are 2 nice hot tubs, large pool & a kiddie splash zone. There is also a nice poolside restaurant with drinks & food & live entertainment at night. We ate out for every meal- Sharkys (twice), Pineapple Willys, Wicked Wheel, Uncle Ernies, Captain Andersons, Another Broken Egg (3 times) We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & will definitely be back!!

Everything was fine, except hot water in the kitchen would only get luke warm. Shower and bathroom hot water was good.

Fourth of July 2022

We came down for 6 days the week of the 4th. The condo was small but nice. Deck was really small but ok. There was no kitchen table nor enough seating for 5 people. Says it will sleep 6 people. I would say only if one was a child. An adult wouldn’t be able to sleep on the top bunk. Location was nice and pool area was clean. The security was a bit extra but still nice. Best fireworks show I have ever seen!!!! We will be back.

Stayed a week. Property was really clean. 18th floor gave us great views. Pool was clean.

We enjoyed the weekend live music. Rental was clean as well as pool. Will definately rent again!

Spring break get away

This property was just as described!! It was clean and beautifully decorated. The view of the ocean was breath taking....me and my kids absolutely loved it. We will definitely book again.

Great Experience

Love the location and the Facilities. Cant go wrong. Great location, Excellent accommodations for up to 6, Clean, great view, and the restaurant/tiki bar at the pool has excellent food for a day at the pool or beach. Great Kiddie Pool and splash pad area for the little ones.

Great view from condo..

The condo was very nice and clean. Great view of ocean. The staff was amazing.. The pool was very clean. We had a great time. If anyone reading this review if you rent this unit 1806 at boardwalk resort go thur vrbo and get with best beach getaway and you will not regret you did. Thanks again for a great vacation spot.

It's good apartament

I had a good experience. Dust should be wiped off in places. Otherwise everything was fine. Medium cleanliness. Beautiful view from the balcony on the beach.
