Newly constructed condo with views of the gulf for miles from the 22nd floor at Calypso Tower 3. It is an amazing new property with a stunning resort pool, cabana rentals, hot tub, fire pit.There is an on-site restaurant, full gym, hot tub,Tiki bar. This Condo is angled to provide views of the ocean, coastline, pier, and sunsets as well as views of Pier Park and all of the activities there. Wake up with morning coffee on the oversized balcony with breathtaking views of sugar-white sand and gulf.
Calypso Tower III is located adjacent to Pier Park. No other condominium project on the Gulf Coast region is adjacent to a venue which includes an outdoor outlet mall, restaurants, and live music, just to name a few. Every age and lifestyle will find enjoyment at Pier Park. The Concerts in the Park summer concert series held right next door to Calypso Towers and Pier Park at Aaron Bessant Park hosts local and national acts for attendees to enjoy free of charge.

Our stay was amazing!

Our stay at the Calypso was all that we wanted. Denis made the check-in process smooth. The living quarters was super clean, and all appliances were up to date and in excellent condition. The view from the balcony was beautiful. We were a party of 5, and this unit was more than spacious enough. We would not hesitate to book with Denis again, and we highly recommend this unit!

Five star host, four star property

Denis made it very easy to be his guest at Calypso Tower 3, including prompt and friendly communication before and throughout our stay. The condo is well-equipped and we appreciate being provided with extra trash bags & dishwashing supplies and good quality TP and paper towels. It’s a drag to have to make a Target run just to get through the week and so nice to have these items provided. The location is right in the middle of everything so it’s easy to leave the car in the garage and get around on foot. All of Pier Park is nearby and the brand new Top Golf is a block or two away. You can also walk to local favorites like Shuckums and Diego’s. The cafe on the first floor was a pleasant surprise with great food and ample operating hours. We ate there a lot. With the location comes a lot of noise,

There was an overwhelming mildew smell on check-in. This did improve with leaving the balcony doors open but there was a faint smell that remained when you walked in the front door. Mold in the master bathroom shower. Master bed was uncomfortable; cheap mattress placed on boards. The furniture was pretty beat up. The bed linens were cheap. 2 hours before check in we were told the tower 3 pool and deck was closed for repairs. We were able to use the tower 1and 2 pools; not as convenient or nice. The sunset view was amazing. The property was adequately stocked. We had no real problems during our stay. Overall, this is a nice property but likely better suited for Spring breakers rather than Snowbirds.

Amazing Condo and Owner

This condo was absolutely beautiful and exactly as described! I am very picky about where we stay and this condo was gorgeous. It was spotless and beautifully decorated. The view was gorgeous and it was in such a great location. We like to stay places where we can walk to food and shopping and this condo was perfect. It had everything we needed and just enough space for our family to feel like we were at home. From the moment I inquired about the property until we checked out, Denis was awesome. He always responded quickly to any questions I had. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer condo or a better owner!

Stop scrolling - this is your place!!

This was a girls night get away for locals! We know the area very well and we’re delighted to find this condo available. Our host bent over backwards to accommodate some of our particulars and the pool with rentable cabanas was everything we needed the morning after!!

Fantastic location to enjoy the beach and Pier Park activities!

We had a wonderful vacation. Although the property is not on beach front, we had an incredible view of the ocean from our balcony. Pier Park is just a short walk away so it was very easy to walk to dinner and back each evening. The host, was wonderful to deal with and quickly addressed our questions.
