Not the best stay I've had in PCB
Oh where to start. We arrived at the location and were not able to find where to check in. They do not have a physical place where you check in as it turns out I was supposed to receive check in instructions via email that I NEVER received. Finding a phone number Via confirmation email to reach a real person was a NIGHTMARE. Two hours past my check-in time I finally find a phone number and reach a real person and they were sorry that I never received an email with a check in instructions. Second problem the code for the condo door to get inside was not working I had to call the lady back have her send me another code. The lock on the door with keypad.. the actual physical lock was wiggly and loose and so the door would not shut all the way when leaving the condo I literally had to stand there for five minutes and find the perfect placement with the door and the lock for the door to shut and lock it... was ridiculous. another problem, the owners didnt leave pool access bracelets so the security guy kicked us out of the pool. There was NO dish soap and NO laundry soap in the condo. Bring your own. There was NO extra toilet paper and NO trash bags either. Bring your own!!! We had to run to walmart twice FRUSTRATING. Another issue you had to hop elevators, get off certain floor to get to parking deck. You take elevator to one lever , get off hop in another elevator to get to walking bridge- parking deck. Place too big, no workers physically present, no house keeping. Not again.
