The room was fairly clean my kid did find a plastic cup with something in it. The pool was okay some of the windows were broken. The breakfast looked good but I didn’t get any we stayed one night and I was ready to leave it was more of the party scene not really family(kid) friendly and there was people yelling in the hall way like arguing profanity yada yada all night needless to say we will not be revisiting this hotel. And for anyone who cares the whole hotel smelled like weed which is whatever but I definitely wouldn’t have had my kids there had I known.

It was clean, everything was great except the elevator was sketchy and definitely needs maintenance or a new one. The fridge in my room also had ice formed all inside it and my baby’s milk spoiled the next morning. I called the front desk as soon as I got to my room and told them and they were gonna send someone up to look at it that next morning and my whole 4 day stay nobody showed to check on it. Other than that everything was good.

Customer service was not helpful with applying for the rewards, but I stay at this exact comfort suites regularly at least once a month. I asked for help with signing up and the front desk, lady was very rude and didn’t even try to help when I asked for help. Other than that I always enjoy my stay here.
