I celebrated my Son’s 40th birthday with his family. The stay and location were incredible. Thank you for allowing us to celebrate this special occasion there. The beach house was perfect for our family vacation. Close to everything we wanted to do. The beach is two minute walk around the corner. The beachy decor is extra welcoming. A fully supplied kitchen was a plus as well the over all cleanliness. Nice landscaping and plenty of parking.

Comfortable and Dog Friendly

We loved our week staying at this property. The house was in a great location very close to the beach and within walking distance of a couple stores and restaurants. We really loved the fenced in backyard and that we could bring our dog. It made our vacation perfect to get to bring her with us so we had nothing to worry about and we could just enjoy the beach. If we visit Panama City Beach again we will rebook.

First time using Vrbo - No complaints

Great place. Two minor issues, no batteries in one bedroom remote and one bedroom TV wasn't working. Other than these two minor set backs for my family, the cottage was perfect. Great location, very clean and up the road in walking distance to our favorite beach restaurant.

Emerald Cottage

We really enjoyed staying at pet friendly Emerald Cottage. There were 6 of us (adults). The beds were comfortable, we had easy beach access (access 11) and the fenced backyard was great for our dogs. The kitchen had basic necessities. We had an issue with a closet door and the microwave door but maintenance was sent and quickly fixed both. I would definitely recommend this place, especially if you need a pet friendly place.

Perfect Beach home

This home is absolutely perfect for beach vacation. Location to beach less then a block away. The house is also located close to so many amazing restaurants and attractions. We decided to extend our stay 1 night and property management was so helpful. Property manager responded in a very timely manner. The home had everything we needed.

Clean and lots of extras

We really enjoyed staying at this cute cottage that was very clean and beautifully decorated with the nautical theme. The patio was very relaxing to sit out at, even if there was rain which we had a lot of throughout our week. We liked being away from the business of the commercial areas and close to the beach. It was nice to have beach chairs and water/sand toys available. The kitchen was nicely stocked including crock pots! Three things about the kitchen: the fry pans provided were in such bad shape and unusable. There also is only one outlet on the one side of the kitchen. Also, we were unaware that kitchen dishcloths and towels were not provided. We could’ve brought some, but had to buy instead. Even so, we gave it a 5 star rating. Lots of towels in the bathrooms, plenty of comfortable seating in the living room, large dining room table and comfortable beds. Bunks were great for the kids just not fond of needing to walk through that bedroom to get to the master. Overall…we enjoyed our stay very much! Thank you!

Great Location

We had a great stay at this house. The location was amazing, so close to the beach with no roads to cross. The backyard was nice we used the grill a lot and enjoyed the patio. Would recommend to everyone. Thanks for the awesome week!!!

Family Labor Day trip

My daughter-in-law and I got to the cottage a couple of hours before check-in and immediately got a text saying the cottage was ready & we could check in early, which was great! The remainder of the family came the next day. The cottage was very clean and comfortable and was perfect for our family. The grandkids & kids loved playing in the fenced-in back yard. The location of the cottage was terrific. We spent one day at St. Andrews State Park, which was only five minutes away. The cottage was so close to the beach we could come and go as babies got tired! It was the perfect place for our family time and we are so thankful to have found it!

Fun Beach Trip

We took a group of High School Grads to the beach. The location was perfect. Very close walk to beach. Clean place to stay. Great for smaller families or groups.

Walk to the beach

Cottage had been remodeled and was as nice as the photos suggest. We enjoyed the fenced in yard and grill. I had trouble gaining entry (my fault) and a quick call to Management was all it took. Will keep this on my list.

Visited for a wedding

This house worked out prefect for my family. We were visiting for my nieces wedding and were able to stay here with my parents my sister and her husband and all our kids. Unfortunately it rained a lot during our stay so having the beach just around the corner made it so we were still able to enjoy it during the times the sun came out.

Stay in Paradise

House was very clean and so cute! The backyard is tidy and we definitely made use of the grill! Just a short minute or two walk to the beach and not too many people around, as there’s only one hotel close. The property owner is always quick to respond and helpful with any questions or concerns. We are looking forward to our next stay with emerald beach properties!

Awesome place!

We stayed here July 4-11, 2020.... we had other family down on Surf drive so it was a short drive for us to get to their house to enjoy the grandchildren. House was clean and well stocked. Enjoyed the back yard when the family came here to visit and grill and play. Also enjoyed it in the early morning hours when I went out to read. Highly recommend this place!
