📋 Rental Rules & Info
• Must be 25+ to book (HOA RULE) (rental agreement & government-issued ID upload required) | Maximum 6 guests
• Guests under 60 days: no pets (service animals require documentation to REC office)
• Horizon South requires wristbands ($20 each, ages 6+) and parking passes ($25 each) for stays under 10 days; purchase link sent 10 days before arrival.
🧳 What to Bring
We provide a starter supply of essentials to get you through your first day — including toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dish pods, and trash bags.
For the rest of your stay, please plan to bring or pick up additional items, such as:

☀️ toiletries and personal care items
☀️ condiments, spices, and cooking oil
☀️ dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee & filters
☀️ beach towels, sunscreen, umbrella, and beach toys
