"Beachside Nirvana" located in Laguna Beach; 5 min walk to Beach Access 84 on the quiet West End of Panama City Beach. Single-story, 5 beds/3 full baths, wheelchair accessible; parking for 6-8 cars, FREE 6 passenger golf cart; heated pool/spa (additional fee for heating) and sun ledge with 2 lounge chairs. Fully equipped chef's kitchen; TV in every room; pack n play and high-chair. Resort style lanai with deep seat sofas, chairs and outdoor kitchen (natural gas connection for bbq, griddle and side burners); outdoor dining tables, outdoor speakers to enjoy music, 2 adult bikes, beach gears, beach towels, ping pong table, basketball hoop, corn hole and much more. Hi speed internet and desk with monitor and printer for work.

Pet Policy
Maximum of 2 dogs under 50 lbs, unless previously authorized (sorry no cats); must be housebroken. Pets are not allowed to enter the pool. All pets must be listed and approved before booking. Unapproved or undeclared pets will be automatically charged the standard pet fee. Pets must be crated, leashed or left in dog run outside the house if left unattended in the home to prevent damage. Food/water bowls are allowed in kitchen only. Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage. Guest must sign a pet policy and pet waiver agreement.

Complimentary Pool/Beach towels, toys and beach chairs for use during your stay
At the request of the guest the pool can be heated up to 80 to 84 degrees and/or the spa can be turned on for up to 6 hours/day. However, this feature is an additional fee and is something our team must activate for you, so be sure to let us know ahead of time if you feel you're going to need it during you stay. Contact our Reservations Team for pricing.
Primary guest must be 25 years or older. Smoking strictly prohibited. Guest must sign rental agreement prior to stay.

Beautiful Home

I can not say enough good things about this Home, The owners are extremely helpful and personable. Everything was above and beyond our expectations from the Back yard pool and jacuzzi to the space to just lay out and relax. Golf cart and bikes was in perfect condition. Highly recommend and we will be staying here again. All around amazing trip and Wes and Shiyin are amazing host.

Wonderful beach home

Our stay was wonderful. Our family has been coming to this area since 2007 and this house is by far the best home we have stayed in. We enjoyed using the pool, amazing hot tub and golf cart. The house is very clean and everything is updated. If we forgot some thing, the house had it. The hosts thought of everything and were very accommodating. We would 100% come back and plan to come back.

A hidden gem!

We always enjoy visiting PCB for our family vacation. I am always reluctant when I make reservations at a new place for our large group. I know how photos only show the best parts of a property. I can’t say that about this home. If anything, the pictures didn’t show how great it was. We had everything that was needed for cooking & with all the essentials. There was ample space in the living area to fellowship with family, to watch tv, and cook together. The pool area and lanai was huge and equipped with everything that was needed. A lot of the everyday supplies to get you started for the stay were provided. Beds were comfortable. Well air-conditioned and internet/tv. Enjoyed the one story house and the yard and ample parking. The property is located away the crowds from condos. I did miss the beautiful view of the beach and ocean, but the golf cart made it so easy to get there in a very short time. The owner checked in with us several times to make sure we were enjoying our stay and was always just a text away if I had a question. Cleanliness gets five stars. It was tight for a group of 15 with only 3 bathrooms, (but we knew it would be when we booked it) but we had all the space and amenities we really needed and made it work. One negative is I wish there had been more wash clothes. We were extremely happy with our stay and look forward to future bookings!
