▶1st Floor Highlights:
- Complimentary 6 passenger golf cart, great for an easy cruise to the beach.
- 4 complimentary adult bikes included in your rental. Perfect for cruising to Rosemary - just 1.5 miles to Rosemary favorite, Playa Bowls. The BEST Acai bowls on 30A!
- Open concept layout, including a spacious kitchen with granite countertops and modern stainless-steel appliances. Kitchen has been fully stocked to ensure you'll feel right at home.
- Large kitchen island seats up to three, and a large wooden dining table can comfortably accommodate up to 6.
- Living room features an extra large sectional - movie night anyone?
- Off the main living space, you'll find your back patio. If dining al fresco is your style, this is the place to be! Large outdoor dining table is covered by an oversized umbrella. You'll also find the grill here as well.
- No gear, no problem. We've got plenty of beach gear for your trip to the beach! Umbrella, beach chairs, and beach towels are available during your stay.
- You'll also find the primary king bedroom here with back patio access as well.

▶Minutes to the Shore:
- Inlet Beach Regional Beach Access: (3 min drive, .9 miles away) the largest public beach access in Walton County, is located just half a mile away and can be easily reached. This access point provides various amenities such as public restrooms, outdoor showers, ample parking, and seasonal lifeguard services.
- Phillips Inlet Beach Access - (0.6 miles away) You can cross over HWY 98 on 'N Walton Lakeshore Drive', and that runs you right into the beach access.
- Lupine Beach Access - (0.9 miles away) You can cross over HWY 98 on 'N Walton Lakeshore Drive', and that runs you right into the beach access at Phillips. Lupine is located at the end of Walton Magnolia Ln.

Other things to note:
- Parking is available in the driveway for 2 vehicles. No street parking is available in this community.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 25.
- We love our furry friends, and they need a vacation too! We allow dogs that are under 35 lbs and non- shedding. If your pup fits that criteria, we'd love for you to bring them along. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $150 + tax will be added to your reservation. Thank you for understanding!
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience.
