"Sunkissed" Home with Private Pool in Carillon Beach. 3 min walk to the beach!

"Sunkissed" is a charming 3 bedroom 3 bathroom home in the lovely private gated Carillon Beach neighborhood! Just a 3 minute walk to the nearest walkover and you have arrived to our gorgeous white sand beaches! Sunkissed is situated on a large lot with a private pool perfect to cool off after a long day at the beach. The house has a cozy open floor plan with an updated kitchen with newer LG appliances and beautiful custom cabinetry. The main floor has a queen bedroom and attached full bathroom that is shared with the common areas. Convenient Main floor laundry room. Upstairs you will find a bunk bed nook perfect for kids and two spacious bedrooms with vaulted ceilings. Both bedrooms upstairs can act as a master bedroom with king beds and full private bathrooms. In the family room on the main floor the chair and a half folds out to a twin sleeper. Sunkissed has a fully stocked kitchen and large dining room perfect for family meals! The Community does charge a $35.00 fee per vehicle parked at the house.

Sunkissed includes beach service for 4 from March 1- October 31, weather permitting (4 lounges and 2 umbrellas).

The private pool will have a heater installed in the fall of 2023 and will have the option to be heated at the cost of $350.00 per week. The Belleview park carillon pool is heated and is only a 1-2 minute walk away!
