Could have been better
The Summit itself was pretty good. Most of the staff I encountered was very friendly. Southern Vacation Rentals was the party I rented the condo from. The bathroom fan in the main bathroom was so loud and annoying I could hardly stand turning the light on to hear it. The listing stated it was 1 1/2 baths. There was a bathroom a small sliding partition door (that didn’t lock) then the other bathroom with the shower and toilet directly on the other side. We ended up leaving the partition open so we could use the light from the other side because the fan was so incredibly noisy. The toilet in the main bathroom made an awful squealing noise when you flushed. Other than that I was pretty satisfied until the last day. The keypad on the door completely quit working. It took over four hours to finally get it fixed. An entire new keypad has to be installed. Which meant we had to be there the entire time instead of someone from the company. This completely ruined our last night. It was after 9 that night before it was completely finished. We had to cancel all the plans we had for our last evening because of this
