→ INITIAL SUPPLIES UPON ARRIVAL - Millerbnbs furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap starter pack, and one paper towel roll. Each bathroom has travel size amenities including shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. Two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom is provided.

→ TOWELS - We provide 1 bath towel and 1 washcloth per guest, along with 1 hand towel for each bathroom and 1 kitchen towel per stay.

→ PARKING - Two parking passes are included in your reservation. Guests will be able to park in the covered parking garage and use the pedestrian walkover bridge to access both Towers.

→ SECURITY DEPOSIT - After booking, guests will complete a quick pre-arrival agreement and a refundable $300 hold will be placed on your card prior to check-in. If there is no damage to the unit, nothing missing, or excessive cleaning required, the hold will be released within 7 days after your stay.
