The floors were so disgusting. Our feet were black after walking around the room. The queen sleeper sofa had food in it when we pulled it out for the kids to sleep on. The property manager has never messaged me back after multiple messages. You couldn’t even open the stove all the way in the kitchen which wasn’t advertised.

The condo was clean, check in was a breeze, and Luke communicated very well. The location is great and the condo worked well for us, but I took off 1 star for a few reasons. The bed linens are dated- the master bedroom sheet kept coming off the bed (likely due in part to an ill fitting memory foam pad and the elastic nearly gone from the fitted sheet). The bottom bunk also felt very worn. The other complaint I have is the dryer is terrible and barely works. We also were not informed until arrival that there was construction going on so only 2 of the 4 elevators were working causing long wait times and it was a bit noisy. Aside from this, we had a great and relaxing stay. The condo building has two nice pools and hot tubs and easy beach access. The oarking garage was fine for us in our Wagoneer. We did have to pay for parking and also to rent beach chairs and an umbrella.

First we love the Sunrise property & stay every year. We usually get a 3 bedroom on a end unit but it was just the two of us this year. The view is beautiful and this unit was clean and met our needs on this trip. Only 2 of the 4 elevators were working however it was not that crowded so it really was not an issue until checkout day. Would stay at this unit again.

The condo was clean, nice rooms. The location was great, the view from the balcony was great. We had a great stay and experience. We will definitely be back.

Condo needs a deep clean HVAC closet has dust so thick inside and out on door Floor had sand upon arrival of CondoWe had to vacuum as it was not a great experience inside CondoBoth bathrooms need functioning exhaust fans a lot steam after showerUnder furniture needs a good cleaning!!We dropped a battery on floor rolled under bed well is was so dusty battery could not be found!Larger couch has stains on it which is questionable we did not sit on couchLocation was awesomeBeach made it worth it!Go check it out yourself!!!?

Washer and dryer struggled, dishwasher missing wheels. Refrigerator was missing a door shelf as well as one was broken. Wet laundry was in the washing machine when we arrived and floors hadn’t been swept. Other than that everything was wonderful!

Location was perfect.Beach front,beach view.Not far from Pier Park.As for the condo.The king size bed slept very comfortably.The pull out sofa was decent for our teenage daughter.Bunk beds slept comfortably.Now on the downside.The ceiling fans had sagging blades.The kitchen utensils were dirty and the silverware drawer.After we brought our luggage in and cooler,the condo was very cluttered.There’s not much room to move around in and the kitchen is very tight.Theres no room to even open the oven door.Over all the kitchen felt very dirty.Two of the fridge side compartments were also cracked.

The air conditioner would cut off after 5 minutes. We were miserably hot. Couldn't sleep due to it.

We were swimming in the ocean. A man came up on his 4-wheeler blowing a horn at us. He told me I couldn't swim with a red flag up. Then he lied and reported that this is my 2nd warning (it was not). I was told I will be charged $500 if he sees me in the water again. VERY VERY rude.

Decent condo

Pros: Location is great, pools were nice and warm, elevators were fast. Cons: garbage disposal didn’t work, good kept coming back up, showers didn’t drain properly, toilets in need of a good clean, no sheets for the pull out couch, sliding door in main room didn’t open.

Overall good stay

The bathtub in the front of the condo would not drain properly. The sheets on the master bed seemed a bit old. Other than that is was a good stay.

Softball Tournament Accommodations

Close to both Frank Brown and Publix sports. Easy access to restaurants and Walmart. 4 very fast elevators work well to even the higher floors. Beach access from parking garage. Parking garage is great, do not bring trailers or lifted trucks. Room was great. Very clean and had the things we needed.

Nice Vacation

Room had a beautiful view of the Ocean. 2 pools and 2 hot tubs.. only 1 of each was open all week.. Condo wasnt very clean, Dirty floors, Making your feet and socks black.. Master shower had mold on the floor and shower head, No wash clothes at all. Had to buy our own. Emailed the booking agent... Crickets

Great rental!

The condo was very clean and location was central to lots of activites, restaurants and shops. Beach and pools were great with a nice snack bar at the pool. We will return!

need more help with cleaner staff.

everything was very good only the cleaning of the beds and need the maintenance people to be more aware the mattresses smelled of urine in the children's room and the bedspreads were dirty we had to buy and wash the towels and sheets of the place.

Great condo, gorgeous view

We had a great trip. The owner/host was amazing, when I contacted him because we arrived a little early he responded very quickly and luckily we was able to get in, instead of waiting in the garage. We had everything we needed, provided. We loved the pool/hot tub areas. There are grills/tables that overlook the ocean. Beach chair service is very close to the steps from the condo. Overall I gave it 5 stars.
