Super nice one (1) bedroom plus bunk beds, two (2) bath condo located on the 2nd floor of the Splash West Tower.

Splash resort panama city beach offers fun for the whole family. With 5 distinct pool areas--a water park, including a kids’ pool park with water slides, interactive water toys & a lazy river ride. The kids will never want to go home. And there’s fun for the parents as well, including a state-of-the-art fitness room right on the gulf, two pools, a jacuzzi and, riptide, the poolside bar & grill.

Located on the west end of beautiful Panama City Beach, Splash Resort has easy access to Pier Park Mall, the City Pier, restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Everything is here to make your beachfront vacation in Panama City Beach one of the best you will ever experience!

Splash is a short distance to Pier Park, an extensive Tropical feel Life-Style Shopping Mall. Pier Park brings a whole new level of shopping and entertainment to Panama City Beach, boasting approximately 150 stores and restaurants in an open-air setting and includes entertainment venues such as a park for summer concerts and annual festivals along with Southern Theater’s Grand Theater containing sixteen movie theaters with stadium-style seating. Great location. Host was very nice and responsive. TV speakers kept going out so we had to link our Bluetooth speaker to the tv to watch anything. The beds didn’t have full sets of sheets made, and there were a few repairs needed. Overall, not a bad place at all!

Beautiful view on 2nd floor, close to elevator. Great, kid friendly resort with multiple pools, lazy river, small splash pad and big water park style water play area with slides/sprays/waterbucket. My children ages 2 and 4 loved every minute. Amazing beach access with accompanying chair service. Overall clean room with everything you need.Only cons would be a few minor issues in the room. Bedroom bathroom toilet ran all night most nights and the sink in same bathroom extremely slow to drain. TV in living room speakers going out so unuseable at times even at extremely low volume. Broken lamp in living room as well. None of these things deterred our stay as the view and amenities made up for it but that was the only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars

Overall: We had a lovely time and recommend this place. I believe the cons I mention below will be resolved for future guests. Pros:- Great beach view from the room balcony- Second floor was nice to avoid the slow elevators- Amazing resort amenities including the pools, bar, etc. - Great beach: fluffy sand, light waves, crystal clear water with lots of fish!- Great location close to tons of restaurants, stores, etc.; the candy store right next to the resort was awesome!Cons:- Room was not cleaned on arrival. This was apparently miscommunication between the host and the cleaners. The host was very responsive though and got our room cleaned within 2-3 hours. We were also refunded our cleaning fee. I considered not docking a star at all because of the host’s responsiveness and the refund, but this was inconvenient and gross enough that it still deserved one docked star. The very minimum a guest should expect upon arrival is that the room is clean.- A lot of the wall decor in the living room was either torn off the walls or mounted very poorly so you see adhesives, torn paint, etc. There were 2 broken lamps in the room: one large floor lamp in the living room completely broken in half and another one in the bedroom with a broken knob so you couldn’t turn it on. Lastly, both bathroom sinks were pretty clogged on arrival. I docked another star because of these items.- Slow/too few elevators but not a huge deal since on second floor

This was the perfect stay for our family. Very family friendly environment. Loved having access to the beach chairs and umbrella on the beach each day. And the covered pool was great for a break from the sun. The condo was spacious and very clean. Would recommend!

Great Condo. Had to do a little cleaning when I arrived but it was fine and the owner was quick to replace the shower curtain that had some mold on it. We loved being able to skip the elevator and use the stairs. We had a great stay and plan to come back next year.

Check in was very easy. Parking deck doesn’t have a gate code or anything so that was wonderful as well. I will say elevators are bad BUT we didn’t really need em because it was second floor which was another great thing. Quick up and down the stairs and you’re at your room or beach. The kids loved the pool, lazy river was my favorite part simply because it’s lazy. Chairs were also included which was a great relief, we didn’t have to tote anything up or down minus cooler and stuff. Beds were comfy, it felt very homey, and no one bothers anyone which is wonderful. I loved the little food areas the condo offered. Pizza was good for the price. Drinks were really good. They weren’t stingy with the liquor lol. I guess since it’s a kids place they know we need it lol. Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay and for the price too. We will definitely be back again if it’s available for us to book.

Descriptions and pictures are accurate. Communication was timely and professional. 2nd floor was perfect for the view and also we could use the stairs instead of waiting on the elevators. Resort had a super cool swimming pool and splash area for the kids. Chairs and umberella assigned to that room were too far from the beach so i recommend taking your own chairs and umberella. Overall great experience and we had a great family vacation.

Family fun

From the beginning of planning this trip to the last day every thing was wonderful. The host was very friendly and prompt to answer any questions I had. This was my first experience with Vrbo and I must say I will be back. The resort was wonderful and family oriented!!! The condo was just as described and pictured online.

Daughter and mom

Rented this very nice room for my daughter, granddaughter and myself. I came from Alabama they came from Illinois for a 7 day stay. Was wonderful. Very nice rental. Clean all you needed. We loved it . About 8 min. From Pier Park. We had a great and wonderful time. Would definitely recommend staying here. One of the best condos i have been in we travel to Florida about 4xs a year. Thank you for having us.

This condo was absolutely perfect for my family! The second floor unit was convenient and for us, high enough for a view with small kids. Right next to the elevator, which was a plus. Our boys loved everything about this resort. Even had a discussion about coming back before our trip was even over.

Condo was nice and as listed. The towel animals were cute and a hit with the kiddos. Coffee pot was missing so I contacted the owner. A new one was in the room before we made it back from the pool! The sliding door was hard to close and got harder as the week went on. This is supposed to be addressed. Check in process was a breeze. Property was nice. Pools could have been cleaner. Over would stay here again. James the owner was a pleasure to work with.

Very Impressed!

We were incredibly pleased with our stay. Everything was cleaned and well prepared for us. We had two free chairs on the beach that we normally have to rent in addition to our condo. We flew so had to pack relatively light. We were surprised to see there were plenty of toilet paper, trash bags, dish pods and dish soap there so we did not need to purchase our own just to leave it behind! The second floor also made it convenient to get to the beach. If the elevator was running slowly, we could easily take the stairs even with three kiddos. The splash pad, pool, and short walk to the beach was a huge hit for our kiddos. Definitely recommend for families with young children.
