The Space:

70 Pinecrest is a stunning two-story home in the gated Pinecrest community of 30A just a 5 minute walk to the beach, right next door to Rosemary Beach. This home's awe-inspiring features include a large kitchen, open style floor plan, granite countertops, stainless steel kitchen appliances, high ceilings and spacious bedrooms.



The first floor of this home features a bonus family room, two guest bedrooms, a bunk room and kitchenette. The two guest bedrooms include King sized beds with Private en suite bathrooms! The bunk room has two twin over twin bunk beds and also has its own private bathroom!



The second floor of this home has the spacious living area, dining room and kitchen. With an open floor plan, this room will have more than enough space for your family to relax and enjoy a meal together. Also on this floor is the Master suite with a King-sized bed and private en suite bathroom - it will not disappoint!

**The primary renter must be at least 25 years old**

**No units will be rented to vacationing students or young adults under 25 unaccompanied by a responsible parent or guardian at a ratio of three (3) children/young adults to one (1) adult over the age of 25**

**30A Vacay rental agreement is required to be signed prior to arrival**





70 Pinecrest is located directly across the street from the community pool and a short walk or bike ride to the shops and restaurants of neighboring Rosemary Beach!

*1 set beach chairs with umbrella included, serviced by Vacayzen  March - October  2025



**There will be an attendant on site each day from 9AM-5PM, with a 30 minute lunch break between the hours of 12PM-1PM. You must check in with them directly by providing the property address (70 Pinecrest) and they'll be happy to bring you down to your chairs!
