Please note: Sugar Beach Owners Association requires primary renter to be 25 and stay in unit. There is a $35 parking registration fee collected at during the online registration process.
Please contact us prior to booking with pet. For stays three nights or less pet fee is $80 for 1st pet and $40 additional for second pet. For stay of 4 nights or longer pet fee is $150 for 1st pet and $50 for second pet. These fees are paid to the HOA at registration. We ask that the pets be registered 2 weeks prior to stay. Weight limit is 30 pounds. Certain breed restirctions apply. Vet records to be provided upon registration.

FAQ's
1) Does unit have ocean view?
Unit does not have ocean view but has a lake view. Complex is on the beach but is U shaped with inside units facing the lake?
2) Does unit have steps?
There are 8 steps down from parking lot into unit. Otherwise stepless.
3) Does beach allow pets?
Per Panama City Beach ordinance dogs are not allowed on beach and you risk getting a ticket. There is a city dog park on beach about 15 minutes away. Dogs are allowed in complex on leash if registered.
