House was amazing. It had great views from both living rooms and bedrooms. The hot tub was spacious and heated up really well. The house sat back from the beach which gave it a private feel. The host was great to deal with a very responsive. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful views with direct access to the beach! The house was fantastic with room enough for the family and our fur baby. The hot tub was a very nice bonus for relaxing at the end of a long beach day! We all enjoyed this mini vacation very much! We'll definitely be back.

Perfect

This place is in a perfect location. There is plenty of room to spread out in. You never feel crowded. Just step off the deck and you are on the beach.

Perfect location, beautiful house

The house was very clean, and it was in the perfect location. The beach access was amazing and the hot tub was so much fun since the ocean was colder. Overall the host had great communication and I would definitely recommend!

Beautiful location, decent communication

Myself and a colleague friend hosted a women's retreat here. The views, bedrooms, bathrooms and beach access were all stunning. The place is not fancy, but it has everything you would want for your beach getaway. We did have to request additional silverware and coffee cups as the home was 5 of each even though it slept 20. The property managers promptly brought what we needed, but we should not have had to ask as this should have been inventoried. Additionally, the warmer on the stove and oven do not heat to capacity so cooking was prolonged for two meals. Overall, the location and capacity was lovely, but the kitchen is lacking.

Such a wonderful property

Perfect location. Sunsets from the hot tub were stellar! Very clean, well appointed and great comms from property owner. Already talking about visiting PCB and staying at this property again. 5 adults, 3 children and had more than enough room for all of us.

September Anniversary Beach celebration getaway 4 adults with two dogs

House is spectacular! Lovely home updated and fully stocked, open and spacious, clean as a whistle, tons of room, great decks literally right on the beach just 25 feet from the sand. Amazing ocean views! Only reasons for 4 stars was all the steps in the house - all bedrooms are upstairs , and lots of steep kinda slick steps down to the sand to the beach, was a bit challenging with the dogs. Only outside area for dogs is in a sandy area with a lot of sharp spikey burrs, or on the driveway.. we would not bring dogs here again. Dogs cannot go on the beach! The immediate neighbors home is smack dab right there so not super private out back when they are outside at the same time..Also we arrived after driving 8 hours but could not get access in til 4:00 on the dot so we had to wait outside the door 15 minutes in the heat, so do not arrive early. We had a fabulous time and felt right at home, just a few things mentioned above were a little annoying. Thumbs up also to the very quick response when we had a few little issues with WiFi and the propane tank and the stove, minor things but the management was on it immediately so kudos to them and we appreciated them getting right back to us =) All in all super location and beautiful house.

Great location, Spacious House

The beach access is great for this property. What sets this house apart from others with similar great beach access is the size. We had 15 people from 79 to 11. It never felt crowded, inside or out. Even making dinner every night nobody was running into each other. The kitchen was very well stocked with pots, pans, etc... on the improvement side, it looked like it could use just a little TLC. Some toilet seats were not attached, screws were raised on the decking and the decks could use some touchup painting. But these were all very little things compared to the overall experience. We would definately rent it again.

Great area and view!!

Everything was smooth going very nice and clean and such a great beach front area! Very spacious each room had 2 beds. Fit a family of 14. Great for big groups willing to share rooms.

Great stay!

We booked this stay for a family vacation and the interior of the house was amazing! The pictures are accurate, there was more space than anticipated for the kids to run around. The location on the beach with the private access gave it a great touch, it was heart-warming to wake up and experience the view from the upper deck. Amenities were terrific, host communication was very quick. Only downfall was that with our family of 12, only half of us were able to have warm-hot showers before the hot water ran out.

Family vacation PCB

Property is exactly as described, clean, excellent communication with owners. Quiet neighborhood away from hotels/tourists. We felt very safe here.Grocery stores/walmart less than a 10 min drive. Home is directly on the beach, easy access with a private boardwalk. We had our entire family including their children and everything was perfect. All bedrooms and bathrooms are located upstairs with the exception of one full bathroom downstairs. We will be back, Thank you for the wonderful opportunity to stay in such a beautiful home directly on the beach.

Perfect Retreat Spot

This house was the perfect venue for our women's retreat! First, you cannot beat the location-- the view was amazing and the beach right off the porch was phenomenal. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We loved having the two living areas and the big back porch. Highly recommend!

Accommodation

Overall we enjoyed our time together. Large table was great for card players and visiting and eating. We needed towels, not just hand towels for everyone, and the manager quickly sent new towels. However a 4 cup coffee pot was not nearly enough for our big crowd. Did have a Keurig, so we bought k cups and a large coffee pot. Only four forks were present, and Bring your own bath soap. The. Bed's in the bedrooms were very. COmfortable. Two beds had hair and dirty sheets. We washed them. The sleeper sofas are totally worn out...wouldn't lay flat, and had half of the connector springs missing. Just know 8 people will not be sleeping comfortably., unless little ones sleep onthe sofa itself. They are ok to sit in. Thank you, Sandee Retreat for communicating very quickly. Loved the location and the outdoor hot tub and seating. Right on the beach!

Beautiful Beach House with Beach View!!

Check in Process was quick, easy & CONTACTLESS! The Beach View Daily was Amazing. The Hot Tub was Amazing. Large Spacious Livingroom & Diningroom was much needed for Large Groups. We had plenty of space to eat meals, watch Tv, and relax with room for Stretching Out without everyone on Top of each other. The Gazebo in the Back was a Great Place to have your morning Coffee. The back Porch faces the Beach. The Property Manager was available 24-7 for any issues that came up. And she was very helpful. This is a Perfect House for a Group of 8 Adults. There are 4 Bedrooms with 2 Double Beds in each room. If your Large Group wants to be ON THE BEACH, have a Hot Tub, and a Super Spacious Living Room, this is the Beach House for you. The Updated Showers were a New Experience for us & was Greatly Different with a Waterfall overhead. Nice Experience. This Beach House is a 9/10. We Stayed here for 3 Nights. Location Location Location!

The property was wonderful. There was plenty of space and the access to the beach was steps away. It was very clean and the views were awesome. We had 14 people in our group and could have had more people and still be comfortable. However, since the house is suitable for large gatherings, the refrigerator had broken and or missing shelves and was not big enough to keep all of our items in. So we needed ice chests and had to buy ice daily to keep our supplies cold. 2 new refrigerator/freezers are needed. Also there were only 14 towels and wash clothes, so we had to wash daily to have clean towels. It would have been nice to have 3 sets of towels per person. There we 2 coffee makers, 1 Keurig and a 5 cup drip coffee pot...needless to say, we purchased a 12 cup coffee pot to satisfy our needs. A bigger drip coffee pot with a timer to brew is needed. The grass around the stairs to the beach needs to be trimmed back regularly, it was over grown. These small changes would have earned our stay rating a 5 star. We would definitely stay again, but would be better prepared to overcome the mentioned short comings. Check in progress was great and communication with the management company was easy. Thanks for sharing your home with us, it was an amazing vaca!

Beautiful Property in the perfect location

My family and I stayed here for a week and absolutely loved the house and the location. A few things we wish could have been better are two of the pull out beds had springs that were missing so we had to lay the mattress on the floor instead. Also we couldn’t find a oven vent for the stove when cooking. Not sure if there is one? Lastly we didn’t realize all the bedrooms were on the second floor, so if you have someone who has trouble going up stairs in your group, that’s something to consider. We managed to make it work by having that person stay on a pull out bed. Other than than those things, we had a great time! Thank you Sandy Feet Retreat for making our stay amazing!

The Place to stay in PCB

This Home is Fun, and on the water, in a Great location, near everything!! If your want to stay at PCB this is the spot!! There is room for the whole family. The View of the Ocean is better than any other condo option.

Quick quiet getaway

Went with family for a quick getaway to Panama City Beach and to visit some friends. We were looking for 3 main things in a property that we wanted to stay at.... dogs allowed, on the beach, with a hot tub. This property had it all! Perfect place to stay and will do so again.
