Our group of 3 “older” adults had a wonderful time at this property. Very convenient to the beach, pool, grocery and several restaurants. It is close enough to everything while still being quiet and peaceful. The pictures were exactly as shown. We would recommend this place to anyone. If we come back to this area we will definitely check for availability.

We were very pleased with our stay. The condo was clean, the beds were comfortable and well stocked with essentials. We have been staying at Pinnacle Port for almost 20 years and this was one of the best units we have stayed in. We will be back next year!

Family Beach Trip

We loved our stay in Carillon Beach. Being just steps from the beach, sunshine and waves. Our kids truly love coming here in the spring. We explored the neighborhood coffee shop. The condo was clean and property owner quickly addressed an issue we had. Looking forward to next year already!

Comfortable condo for family of 6

The unit was compact, but still felt roomy and plenty big for our family. Very comfortable beds and furniture. It was clean and equipped with everything needed (both for indoor living and beach/poolside). The overall complex was ok, in need of some minor cosmetic repairs, but had convenient beach and pool access.

Well- Appointed Condo in Great Area

We love Pinnacle Port. This is our 3rd time. The condo was exactly as described. You can tell the owner has recently renovated most of the condo. There were some nice surprises too,such as, some beach chairs, umbrella, and toys. These came in handy and we appreciated it so much! This is on the 1st floor which made it convenient to get to. Additionally, the owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with. My family had a great vacation overall!

May 2024 Beach Memories

We had a wonderful stay. The view/proximity to the beach was awesome. There were plenty of sand toys and nets to entertain the grandkids. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of linens. Our host was gracious and prompt in resolving our parking pass issue. I plan on staying here again.

Good condo with owner that cares

Small hiccup on arrival owner worked hard to correct and even gave refund for that. Had a maintenance guy out on Friday night to fix and checked in to make sure everything was good. Could really tell he cared about your experience and the condo. If anything would make me rent again from the owner. You can’t get a better beach vacation especially at this price. Bottom line -Great condo great value with an owner that cares. Would rent again

Updated Condo in the Perfect Location

Stayed with my wife and 4 kids...plenty of space for everyone! The condo was updated and very clean. The matress was very comfortable, which is big for me on a trip. Its in a gated community which is beautiful with all the houses. Very convenient being on the beach and the 1st floor. You can always walk down 1 set of stairs if you dont want to take an elevator. The beach was beautiful and not crazy crowded. Pools were also nice with a cool snack bar. Condo had everything you need for a great, comfortable stay. Communication was great. Hoping to stay here again!

Fantastic location

We chose this specific condo complex for its proximity to our favorite place to walk - Camp Helen State Park. It’s is an older building (‘79) and somewhat dated, BUT everything worked as well as could be expected. The condo is cozy and well-appointed. We did end up purchasing cookie sheets/sheet pans (bacon!!) and left one behind for others to use and enjoy. The indoor(ish) heated pool was a plus. Staff we encountered were friendly and polite. We had no issues to report to the owner/manager. We will be back!

Clean place, beautiful area

Walter was great, the Margherita Machine works well! Don't put your fingers in the ice hopper, I should have gotten stitches. That's on me for not reading the warnings. You will want to bring fans, we had to buy two of them. The air conditioning can only cool so much. The pool was amazing, the crew keeps the place clean. Plan ahead and shop for groceries once. The old saying, move your feet, lose your seat, is appropriate for parking. I have MS and getting to the beach was a trial, there aren't any ramps, so make sure you are good with steps. If you look out the living room balcony, you can see people going down to the beach from the parking lot. We found that while there aren't any steps, it was easier to go to the beach that way then taking our wagon up and down the steps. Watch your hands when you are doing the laundry, the washing machine got all of us once or twice when we hit the release button on the lid. We enjoyed our visit, if you like to grill, there are three of them, but you have to get down there before everyone else gets to the grills. The beds were comfortable, the linens were soft. There are plenty of towels. The owners have supplied beach chairs, beach kiddie toys, nets, kid shovels, and some fun beach stuff. There are tennis rackets and tennis balls if you want to play. One other thing, make sure you either keep the balcony door open a bit off the master bedroom, and take your phone. I went out to sit and watch the lake, and the door locked behind me. I was locked outside for almost an hour before anyone noticed I wasn't around or picked up the phone, 'cause you know, vacation. I almost called 911, can you imagine that call? Hi, um, my name is Stephanie and I am locked out of my condo, I think they might frown on the misuse of the emergency system. Anyway, you will enjoy the stay, the complex has free internet, so no worries there. Oh, and the ice machine in the refrigerator works great. If you need bags of ice, you can buy them at the pool cafe. $4 a bag, but hey, parking. We stayed 11 nights, an honestly, if we could have had added a few more days we would have. Enjoy your stay!!!

Owner was extremely responsive and we throughly enjoyed our stay. Excellent location and condo is even nicer in person than in pictures. Would definitely return!
