Parking passes are $50 per pass plus applicable taxes and fees for up to two (2) passes per reservation. In addition, resort-issued armbands are required for all guests and are $6 plus applicable taxes per person.

Tropical Storm Bertha July 26’

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This may be an unfair review for owner/property manager. The room itself was clean and as described, only issue we had was the electronic door lock was malfunctioning the last couple days and couldn’t lock the door when we would leave. Unfortunately we had the pleasure of Tropical Storm Bertha for a few days with double red flags on the ocean. While we couldn’t swim in the ocean the resort decided to shut down the pool for two days because of wind. Not rain/lightning/dangerous conditions but 20mph wind gust. As I looked out from the 19th floor balcony seeing neighboring properties with the pools open. Kind of a bummer but we made the best of it. This is probably our 8th stay at the boardwalk and seems to get worse every year with the strict pool rules. Hate to say it but most likely our last stay.

Everything was perfect at this rental. The view was amazing. Loved the view from the bedroom also. The pool and beach were very nice. Would definitely recommend this condo.

The condo was as pictured. It was clean, aside from basic wear and tear. The mattresses have seen better days. Not comfortable at all. The trash can in the kitchen is a small office size and fills up quickly. Plenty of boogie boards and beach chairs in the condo to use at your convenience. We left our beach toys and puddle jumpers for the next family as we don’t need them. Our biggest issue was the elevators. Nothing at fault with the owner of the condo. But I wouldn’t return to this resort because of elevator situation. 5 elevators and at most two were in working order. Someone got stuck in the elevator three different times the week we were there. We were on the 19th floor so we ended up waiting 30 plus minutes to go down. Talked to one of the employees and he said they’re always a problem. Kiddie area was fantastic. Great to have a gated area for the littles. The 10 minute safety break once an hour for kids 5 and under was kind of silly. Parents know when their kids need a break. Also, no balls in the pool area was kind of lame. Again, no fault of owner. Just sharing our experience.
