Welcome to the FLIP FLOP STOP!

This large 4 bedroom home is located in the quiet west end of Panama City Beach and is dog friendly, you can have 2 dogs with a limit of 25 pounds each for a nonrefundable fee. Far from the hustle and bustle yet close to the beach and Pier Park. The perfect place for a family beach getaway! The owners have just completed a complete renovation with new paint, furnishings, and outdoor fire pit and much more. Carefree check in is easy. You’ll get an access code for the home so that you can go directly to the house without checking in at some office. Plus, there’s room for up to three vehicles. Let’s take a tour:

Outside
You’ll really enjoy the outdoors of Flip Flop Stop. From the heated private pool (which you can heat for a small extra charge) to the outdoor kitchen and bar and fire pit there’s plenty to enjoy here. And there’s room for rover to room too. And if you want to catch the latest game while you’re outdoors there’s a 55” SMART TV on the patio! But that’s just the beginning. For all you bikers, car enthusiasts, and fishermen, there’s enough parking space for your boat or your enclosed trailer.

First Floor
When you step in the downstairs area, you’ll see the large living room with 55” SMART TV mounted on the wall and the seating surrounding it so there’s plenty of room to relax and watch your favorite shows after a day at the beach. There’s also a queen sleeper for extra sleeping space. From there check out the large dining table with seating for 10. Family dinners every day! Next to that the large kitchen with new stainless appliances, granite counters and refreshed cabinetry. It’s ready for you to fix the family meals whenever you want. When the kids are done eating, they can head to the game room that’s equipped with both a pool table and an air hockey table. Let the games begin.
The master suite downstairs has a king bed, large SMART TV and an ensuite bath with tub/shower combination. The second bedroom has a Queen bed.

Second Floor
Head upstairs where the second master has a king bed 46” SMART TV and a balcony for outdoor relaxing when you’re not around the pool or the firepit in the backyard. The loft bedroom has 3 queen beds and a 55” SMART TV. There’s a bath equipped with a tub/shower combination for everyone upstairs.



Make sure you book your vacation early! FLIP FLOP STOP is booking up for spring break and summer.

You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. During Spring Break , the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person 25 years of age for every two (2) persons under 25 years of age.

The home had PLENTY of room for everyone there we 7 adults and 3 small kids. We enjoyed everything about this home, our family loved the pool and the game room. I loved how close it is to winn-dixie and the quiet neighborhood we were in. I would definitely recommend this home for your next vacation

The property was great and a wonderful location. You can walk to Winn Dixie if you need something, walk to the beach, and you’re between the beach road and the main road. The house is good size and the outdoor space is very nice. The outdoor tv was broken so a maintenance person came and looked at it, but wasn’t replaced (which we didn’t care). The upstairs shower hadn’t been cleaned well and the shower liner and curtain were dirty, so a cleaning person came and replaced the liner for us same day. The pool looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a hot minute but we chose to ignore it and swim anyway. The communication was great with property management and we were thankful they addressed our concerns in a prompt manner.

The pictures that are featured are not at all what we really got. The pool had just gotten shocked and was green for two days. Also the pump was not turned on for the pool to circulate so that made it even longer to get blue and or clear. The house when we drove up said house for sale, no extra trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, grass was above my ankles and hadn’t been cut in over a week they said, back porch had standing water from the A/C drainage pipe, grill area was dirty from dirt and leaf debris in all reality it looked like they were putting the minimal amount of money into it since it was up for sale. Just really landscape and outside was really poorly maintained.

Overall everything was average. The pictures did not portray accurately what the property looked like. The game room was not as nice as thought. One bedroom barely had space for the full size bed and the air conditioner could not cool that same room. The pool was dirty and the yard needed to be mowed.

What could be.......

Communication was great- but everything else was way below our expectations. Home is beautiful inside, but it was extremely filthy!!! I spent my vacation constantly picking up the previous renters trash: ex: opened bags of chips and snacks under the bed upstairs, paper plates, crumbs and toys behind and under the couches in the living room. Our feet were black the entire stay... even though I swept and mopped several times! I asked if there was a beach cart available and I was told no- so I spent 70 only to find out a beach cart IS available. The sliding glass door off the kitchen to the pool area broke and was EXTREMELY hard to open, so we had to use the door off the hallway to get to the pool. The windows had not been cleaned in a long while. The grill outside is useless- burner plates missing! Game room is, well.... worthless! nothing worked and bent/broken pool sticks. The cement outside by pool/door had standing water with black mold that we hosed off and cleaned so nobody would slip. We had to call to have pool cleaned- they were a day late! Tried to use the umbrella for the beach, but that was broken. Wifi kept constantly disconnecting upstairs (but that could possibly be internet issues). The bed in the downstairs master suite was VERY uncomfortable- even tried laying sideways, but the mattress definitely needs replaced. This house is for sale! so I truly hope the next owner takes pride in this rental because it COULD be a beautiful vacation home!

The Floors were filthy throughout the home as you had to wear shoes everywhere to avoid black feet, pool skimmer did not work, yard needed better care and grass needed cut, but other than this we were happy with our stay, very nice home, just may need some better cleaning/maintainence crew.

BRENDA SAVED THE TRIP and THE STARS Are About Her

The property was in a great location. The pictures were accurate Except for the "game room." There were things happening that might have been out of the owners control (water, electricity) however the house manager BRENDA is a JEWEL! She came over to address every concern, followed up with things that were happening and knew this house like the back of her hand. She has been so Kind even after our stay. As a note to the owners, throw the whole gameroom away. It was musty and the game tables aren't worth the space as they are ruined. We didn't use it because we were able to walk to the beach and hang out by the pool that was SO pretty. Give Brenda a RAISE!

Pro: location was great! Cons: no rugs, floor mats or anything throughout the house. Mind you, it’s hardwood all over. The floors were dirty, we had to keep our shoes on the entire stay to prevent our feet from turning black. Pool table was warped, there were 4 pool sticks but only 1 had a tip. Air hockey table was terrible, couldn’t even play. Pool chairs had no cushions. Some of the beds had stains underneath the sheets. The fees were outrageous for so many cons. Would be nice to get some kind of compensation. I probably wouldn’t recommend this place or return.

Panama City Beach is beautiful

The house looked different than online, it may have been painted all white since the photos were taken. The beds were very uncomfortable, they were very firm, if you like a very firm bed you'll be comfortable if not you will not sleep. The prop manager was very nice and quick to respond. We didn't really care for the area the house was located in. It wasn't dangerous just now what we were expecting.

The tv did not work in the living room i called about it ...know one called back and i called about the pool being dirty and nothing so i cleaned the pool my self other then that it was ok it you didn't won't to swim or watch tv and relaxing then hopefully you have a radio

Family Friendly

Plenty of room and amenities to be together and spread out. They are working on the neighborhood for better traffic flow and that will bring in new restaurants, stores and attractions, but in the meantime you can grill or still a convenient location for ordering out. Very close to a seafood market and a grocery store. Love that it had bikes and all things needed for the beach.

A great family vacation!

We really enjoyed staying at your property. This was the first time saying in a place that wasn’t a condo. The property was exactly as described in the listing. Our family enjoyed the back yard. We are looming forward to returning hopefully in the spring.
