The All Seasons Collection 30A is pleased to offer this stunning home as part of our distinctive collection of homes exclusively located in the town of Rosemary Beach.
This meticulously maintained coastal chic home with an open airy ambiance is the perfect place to enjoy spending time with family and friends. The first floor living area defines comfort, with overstuffed seating, modern "state of the art" kitchen with Viking appliances, and a Restoration Hardware style dining area. No detail was overlooked in the design of this space.
Also in the first floor, large master suite to include California king bed, walk-in closet and an adjoining en suite with double vanity sinks, and glass enclosed shower. For your convenience a half bath is available as well.
In addition to the expansive interior first floor design, floor to ceiling glass windows and French doors opening to the spacious and serene outdoor courtyard featuring a dining/seating area, natural gas grill, shower and lovely water fountain features. Another area to relax and enjoy.
On the second level there is another beautiful master suite with vaulted ceilings, California king bed, adjoining en suite with double vanity sinks, glass enclosed shower and larger closets. Directly off the master is an outdoor balcony with seating overlooking the courtyard.
The third king bedded master also has an adjoining en suite with a shower/tub combination ample closet space and a lovely walk out balcony with additional seating. The fourth bedroom, great for the kiddo's is a four bed bunk room with adjoining en suite, double vanity sinks and walk-in shower.
Also featured on this floor is a cozy and comfortable seating area, great for watching TV or relaxing in this sun filled space reading your favorite novel.
All bedrooms are equipped with TV's.
During your visit take a stroll down the boardwalk to the famous Butterfly Garden, or relax on the front porch swing facing the private park and goldfish pond. Keeping in mind you are a short walk to the center of town, neighborhood pools and the beautiful sugar white beach. Let this home exceed your expectations as you plan your vacation getaway.

Bottom line it is a beautiful home and we would do it again. We had a few small issues during our stay. The washing machine had an issue but was quickly resolved. The WiFi on the upper floor tv was not great including the sitting room. Overall the cleanliness and amenities of the house and Rosemary was great.

Home away from home!

Absolute gem! Loved this rental. Had everything we needed, clean, great location, layout and beautifully designed. Lots of supplies for the beach if you forgot something or couldn’t bring all that you wanted. Great location from main part of town and beach. Riding bikes all week was so fun and a hit for the whole family. Perfect house for 2-3 families or extended family. Can’t say enough about this gem. Property manager was easy to work with as well. Definitely on our list if we come back!

Beautiful with lots of space and a great back porch in a quiet location, It's a bit of a hike to the beach but we enjoyed the quiet area away from all the people and busyness. The only negative we had was the Internet connection. It's a little spotty so we had some issues streaming, work.Obviously not a huge deal but We would definitely stay at this property again.

Beautiful home

Home was beautiful, spacious, very clean, and in a wonderful location. Cheryl (property manager) was incredibly helpful and immediately responsive to any any all needs. Would definitely recommend this property without hesitation!

Beautiful Housr!

We had a great time at 18 Scout. Unfortunately we had to leave early because of cat 4 storm coming in and we had small children with us. We have stayed at this home before. It’s beautiful and perfect for us! Cheryl Moodie helped us with everything we needed. She’s amazing to work with. We hope to rent again because our trip was short but sweet!! This house is everything and more!❤️

Excellent location & Home

We loved our stay! The location was a quick walk to all the activity on 30A but was tucked in enough that it was very quiet. The house was very spacious, clean and the rooms were large. We especially loved all the outdoor sitting areas. I would highly recommend this place.

College Friends Trip

All of the king size beds was a HUGE draw for this house!! The bunk bed room was a good size room with normal size single beds. We have stayed in other houses where the "bunk bed room" was basically a closet with no air vents- NOT IN THIS HOUSE. Great house! Great location! Great layout! We loved our stay!

Wonderful Rosemary Home

Best week ever!

The best vacation we have ever had!!! Our week spent in Rosemary Beach at this house was absolutely incredible. The house is stunningly beautiful. The porch swings are amazing. We sat for hours on these and enjoyed a cup of coffee or glass of wine. We had 4 adults and 5 kids and were incredibly comfortable. The location is PERFECTION. A 5 minute walk or so to the shops and restaurants of Rosemary and a 10 minute walk to the beach. There are 4 bikes at the house that we enjoyed the entire time we were there. We rented additional for the kids in the town. The property manager was a doll! She was very quick to respond to a few things that came up. My only feedback is that basics like paper towels and trash bags are scarce. They do start you with a few rolls of paper towels and trash bags but with 9 people you go through them quickly. The kitchen is also not stocked with basics like we have had at other VRBOs. I asked the property manager when we were checking out if I should leave all the condiments we bought for the next family and she asked us to toss. This very well could be because of the pandemic, which makes sense. We are already looking forward to our trip next summer and cannot wait to stay at this beautiful property again!!!

Gorgeous house!

This house was just adorable. I stayed here with 2 sisters for a get-a-way trip. House was spacious, very clean, and beautiful! The only reason I'm not giving it a full 5-stars is that the TV downstairs was broken or wired incorrectly, so we were not able to use it. A little disappointing, but we were able to use the TV area upstairs to watch movies at night together.

We loved house--the layout was perfect for 6 adults! Very comfortable! We will be back!

The house is gorgeous. Perfect layout with a master down and 2 additional King bedrooms upstairs. The bunk was used for a "work space" for our adult children. The property manager was wonderful to work with. We really enjoyed it and will be back next year!

Amazing House

Great property! House was in a quiet location. Great set up for families with a master down and other bedrooms upstairs with separate seating with TV upstairs for the kids. Great front porch or back patio seating and TWO car garage. We have stayed in a lot of houses on 30a, but we will return to this one. One of our favorites!
