During normal business hours (9am-5pm), please stop by the front desk to check in. If you plan to arrive after 5pm, please tell us, and we will give you after-hours instructions.

Our staff will provide you with:

-Wristbands (to be worn while on property, they cannot be loosened once tighten)

-Parking passes (one pass for the main garage (blue) and one for the overflow lot next to the building (orange).

-We provide a complimentary set of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, soap, and shampoo.

Please Note: The building security is managed by a separate company and enforces the building policies. The list of building policies can be found on the welcome packet, which will be provided upon check-in as well as the beach flag system and WIFI information.

Everything was clean, we love the location, and we would have given 5 stars had there been the listed amenities in the condo. There was no soap, only a half roll of toilet paper, no paper towels, or anything mentioned in the listing. The parking deck is also incredibly slick when it rains and you end up walking through large puddles.

Bachelorette weekend

My sister in law and I shared this room to be close to my nieces bachelorette party! While the room itself is nice we have both always preferred a balcony. I guess we just assumed it had one, but the pool area was a nice place to sit and relax. We both wish the A/C was not governed it only went to 70, that was a problem for 2 middle aged women during the summer months!!!! We saw this was an issue with other recent guest but thought maybe it was rectified. It became very warm at night. We also didn’t realize you are sharing a main door with another unit, then you each have your own door, however, you can hear everything from them coming and going to their 5:00 am alarm that they obviously slept through. This is fine for a quick getaway and not spending a lot of time there. It was nicely decorated and the staff was very friendly. Bed was very comfortable as well.

We loved this place and everything was beautiful. Location was perfect, staff was friendly and helpful, and the condo was really clean. The only complaint we would have is that the room tends to get really humid and there is no way to turn the thermostat below 70°. This made it a little uncomfortable to sleep, but overall a great experience!

Bait and switch

I booked this condo in February and one of my non-negotiables is beach front view and access. We received an email with check-in info days before our arrival and realized our room had been switched without our knowledge or permission. They gave us a room with a partial view at the same price. I would not have approved those changes and would have canceled and booked elsewhere. I parked at the horseshoe to check in and was not greeted until a security officer told me to move my car. I have always parked, checked in, and unloaded elsewhere without concern. They told me to park in the garage, come back down, then unload at the closest elevator. Keep in mind that parking is strictly enforced and you risk being towed without a permit. I was really looking forward to our stay here but I cannot recommend this place. I usually do not leave bad reviews but I do not want this to happen to someone else. Renter beware.

Perfection

We absolutely loved this studio condo. My fiancé and I enjoyed everything about it. The view is perfect! We watched the sunset from the huge windows and watched the early beach goers from the bed. Although it’s a studio, the bathroom is still huge, which was a big surprise to us. We will definitely be back!

Everything was perfect!

We had the best experience and the location is great! Super close access to all the best places. Love the beach being right across the street! Very clean. The only complaint is that the thermostat was set to 74 with a passcode to it where you can’t change it and it was constantly hot in the room. Us Oklahomans like it about 70 lol but seriously this place is perfect!

Parking and elevator usage was horrible! We were led to believe that we were beach front but were across the street. However, we were on the 7th floor and had a beautiful view. Not happy with front desk service.
