    Isn't it time for a fun beach getaway with the whole family? Settle into this tastefully appointed, tropical-themed condo featuring a furnished balcony with a Gulf view and comfortable furnishings. Dive into the on-site amenities to see just how much Sterling Reef has to offer, including a bi-level swimming pool, fitness center and activity room. This condo also has an updated, full-size kitchen, flat screen, cable TV, and central air-conditioning.



    In addition to being located right on the white, sandy beach, Shipwreck Island Waterpark is located just across the street from the complex. Visit a number of other popular attractions such as the Panama Dunes Adventure Park, The Original Goofy Golf, and Ripley's Believe It Or Not. Dining options are also available like Harpoon Harry's, Margaritaville, and Pineapple Willy's, all within five miles of this vacation rental.



    THINGS TO KNOW

    After making your reservation, you will receive an email a few days before your arrival date from GuestSVCS to register your vehicle. There is a maximum limit of two vehicles per reservation and the charge is $50.00 per vehicle registration.

    While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through your first day, we do not replenish them. Please make sure to bring these additional items to get you through your vacation.

    No smoking or vaping is permitted at the property (including on porches, decks, or other outdoor areas) at any time. Fines of $250.00 will be issued if this rule is not respected.

    No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.

    This rental is located on floor 7 above the parking garage.

    The pool is heated from December 1 until March 1



    Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee of $50.00 per vehicle with a maximum of two vehicles

The condo was overall in desperate need of a refresh. The condo had a smell to it and the couches had to be febreezed prior to utilizing. Kitchen cabinets were sticky and the kitchen floor was also sticky upon arrival. Balcony seating was so undesirable we did not use it at all.

Elevator nightmare

The whole time we waited on elevator so long we took stairs instead and check out morning they didn’t work at all we had to carry our luggage down stairs!!! 7 floors One lady we passed in stairwell said she was doing that from 17 floor

Needs a lot of work

First impression: I thought I accidentally rented a bleach factory. The unit and the meager kitchen contents were not properly cleaned. Dirty floors, dirty doors, nasty dishes, nasty coffee maker, sheets with blood stains. No telling how many rushed wipe downs with bleach this place has been through to get to this condition. We ended up purchasing cleaning supplies and went over the place ourselves. Contacted management who brought clean sheets on our second day . Also had to ask for a floor runner to cover broken tile in the main hallway. Owner did call to apologize and said they had been to fully booked with no time to properly repair the tile. Curtain rod was hanging by a couple screws, probably no time to repair that either. Best attribute was the nearness to the trash chute. Owner said he plans to redo the floors after the busy season, and hopefully they will deep clean the property. I feel cheated with the price we paid for a unit in this condition. I do not recommend this property.
