The property is in a nice location. The walk to the beach is quick and easy. The pools are spacious with poolside food and shops .Once the property manager worked to get our condo cleaned properly for our stay, we were pleased.

Salty life

My stay was wonderful, however, the property management for that unit should be ashamed. The unit had not been properly cleaned. There were items left in the bathroom from the previous renters. When I told the lady from Salty Life that came to bring a wristband, she replied “oh well”. I have stayed at The Summit before and will again, but will NEVER use Salty Life Vacation rentals again.

Overall we had a great stay, the elevators did go down but they got them back up quickly (just to note they have no ac!) The room was nice and has everything you need in it, we just noticed the floors are a couple other things weren’t cleaned to the best they could of been. The tiki bar and bikini bobs were amazing!! 10/10 Also the chair service is great the guys are helpful and nice! The view was just as advertised and we loved it, we sat out on the porch and ate lunch almost every day!

Family beach trip

No toilet paper. No batteries in tv remote. Couldn’t get tvs to work. Good location. Good beach view from balcony. Washer and dryer took hours to finish laundry.

Couples Getaway

The view from the unit was great. The Property manager Paula was great and very helpful. The kitchen had minimal dishes, glasses and cookware. Because I rely on reviews when choosing places I have to mention for others, the elevator situation. We had to stand in line at the elevator every time we went anywhere.

Nice Inside

Our 5th year at PCB, first time at the Summit-we rented 2 condos. This one, 1321 was more equipped for our family. We do not recommend the Summit. We reached out to the host and were answered quickly but maintenance didn't respond. So we had one toilet that didn't flush for the whole week. The property itself smelled of trash constantly and the elevators are a real problem. The cost is more than we'd ever pay for this facility. Besides this, we were able to enjoy the beach and local Nature Conservatory for daily bike rides.

The property was fine. It was comfortable, the shower had hot water for ages. It was clean. The only thing that I would say for others planning to stay there, if you plan on doing a lot of communication with then ahead of time. There is not much in the way of cooking supplies. This is not a complaint, I would stay again, just a heads up. Like no crockpot, frying pans, stuff like that.

Home Away From Home

The view in this condo was absolutely spectacular! Our balcony door was messed up but Paula had a crew come in and replace the whole thing! The front windows were even replaced! The beds were so comfy and cozy, it was easy to rest and relax for the next fun filled day!

Beautiful bummer

The property looks amazing online and in person except you can use that beautiful balcony due to a door that was dang near broken. There was no coffee in on the balcony in the mornings or night caps after the kids went to bed due to the fact that you couldn’t open the door. We had small children and needed to do laundry but the dryer was broke as well. We needed up having to buy new fresh towel so we could take showers. I did message the owner after finding the issues, they were quick to respond at first and then NEVER wrote me back again.

Good location Great ocean view

Communication was awesome... until I got there... I don't recommend families or to travel heavy when staying here... the unit itself is a beautiful ocean view but the bunk beds were a bit dusty, the couches had stains (maybe just time to upgrade the furniture) and I wasn't sure if the sheets were changed prior to my arrival because there were a few strands of a longer hair there (maybe it's the cleaning ladies hair i don't know), attempted to wash them myself but the dryer didn't work, i read the provided manuals and text the point of contact (no answer) so i was just stuck with it as is plus my lysol. My reason I said to Travel lighter is because I stayed here with my children and the elevator was broken the first day until about 10PM, so everyone uses 1 elevator on the end of the building (average wait time was about 15 minutes to get on the elevator) or you can take the stairs, this was tiring with my children. I'm also going to add this was during spring break so maybe it's not always this busy. I considered leaving in the middle of my stay but I didn't want to lose my money after not getting an answer as to if I could possibly leave 2 days early and get credited back anything for checking out early. Overall I got what I went for which was the ocean view

Spectacular view!

The view was incredible and the property was clean. The check-in staff was out to lunch when we arrived, so we had to wait for check-in. We couldn't figure out how to turn on the dryer, so instructions would be helpful. All minor things though, we would absolutely rent this property again.
