This beautiful 4th floor 2br/2ba with bunk room beachfront condo offers everything you will need to enjoy an unforgettable beach getaway! You will love the views and sunsets from the huge balcony! Palazzo is highly desired for its upscale nature and amenities including hot tub, elevated gulf front heated pool and spa, fitness center, conference center and gulf side parking. Palazzo is located on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach yet is still close to Pier Park (only one mile away) and everything you want to do on your vacation.

Property is 13 miles from ECP Airport and has a grocery store within a couple of blocks. Also, McGuires restaurant is directly behind the property. A rental car would be nice to get the full PCB experience but is not necessary as you can get around with just a few uber rides.

Included in your stay you will also have beach service from Mar1- Oct 10, this includes 2 beach chairs and umbrella.

** Parking is $40 per vehicle per stay and registration is required online at guestsvcs.com before your stay. Parking is available in on site garage, take any unmarked space. Parking Garage maximum clearance is 6' 10". Taller vehicles with top luggage racks will likely not make the height requirement and gate will flash yellow and not open, those vehicles will be required to park in lot across street. No Boats, Trailers, RV's or jet skis permitted in parking garage (they as well will have to park across street but it’s a very short walk to elevator).

This is the best place we have ever stayed at the Palazzo and we have been staying there for 25 years. It was located on the 4th floor and we could absolutely see all sorts of wildlife from our balcony. The furnishings and art in this condo were pristine! If you like farmhouse you will love this condo. The host was so responsive and we will be trying to rent this same place every vacation to PCB! Thanks so much for a perfect vacation week!

We could not ask for a better stay! The owner was attentive, friendly, and provided everything we needed. The room was very clean and spacious. It is in a good location and even the parking garage has a view! Definitely plan on staying here again.

This condo was Amazing! It had everything you need for the perfect stay. The condo sits on the fourth floor that is close enough to see the views of the pool and ocean but also very quite. We enjoyed our time with our family. The location was perfect! John is an excellent host! He is very responsive and truly cares about his guests enjoyment. We will definitely stay again.

This condo was so much more than I expected. It was clean and well organized. The rooms were large and very nicely decorated. The view of the beach from the balcony was great. John gave us all the info and helpful videos of how to work everything. We will be back.

This property was, as above, perfect. The location was conveniently north of the craziness, near a grocery store and restaurants. The balcony was spacious and afforded an amazing panorama of the Gulf and the white sand beaches, and the condo itself was comfortable and homey. From the time time we booked the property manager was in contact, ensuring a positive arrival experience. The rooms were very clean and exactly as portrayed on the website and this space was exactly what we needed for this trip.

The condo was truly the cleanest that I've ever stayed in. We've stayed in hundreds of condos over the years and this was ranked in the top 5. The owner, John Browne, was extremely professional and easy to work with. The condo was just as it appeared in the pictures. The balcony view was breathtaking. The Palazzo seemed to be a newer complex compared to others on the strip. We will definitely be back!

My husband and I haven't been to Panama City Beach for probably 20 years. We love beach vacations, and decided to make this our destination for Fall break. It was a wonderful place to stay. The condo had everything we needed. This unit is beautiful with a perfect view of the turquoise water and white sand beach. We would love to come back and visit again. In fact, we were impressed with the entire property. It is very clean, pool area is wonderful, parking is extremely easy, fast elevators, and a short walk out to the beach. A great time and a beautiful condo. Thank you for sharing your condo with us.

Location is Great. Directly on the Gulf with great views. This unit is a little west of the hustle and bustle yet still just minutes from Pier Park. We have been visiting the beaches of the Gulf Coast (Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, Ft Walton, Destin, PCB) for many years and this has to be the nicest condo we have stayed in yet. The building as a whole is very clean. The owner recently renovated this unit and it is obvious he cares about his property. The unit was clean, mattresses were comfortable and the furnishings were nice. Added bonus, the the elevators were fast. Some condos have such slow elevators, that it's faster taking the stairs. We will be looking to stay here again the next time we go to the beach.

We loved the condo. It was beautifully decorated. Equipped with anything you could want for a comfortable stay. Our host, John, was wonderful to work with and was there for us at any time. The only problem was that we were not notified by anyone that there was going to be major construction going on during our entire stay. No hot tub, no pool, no beach access and extreme noise from equipment. Our host apparently was not notified either. He was very apologetic and has taken care of us. We made the best of it and will certainly go there again.

This property was AMAZING! The condo was the cleanest we've ever been in! There was every appliance we needed and more! There was plenty of cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc! We not only fed our family of 5 the whole week....we fed more friends staying nearby! The view is amazing! We never had longer than a 1-2 minute elevator wait! There was always parking amd luggage carts readily available! The beach service was great as well as the people setting it up and breaking it down! We had ample room and the ice maker in the unit keeps up with demand!!! Mr. John Browne, our host, was the best! He is very responsive and easy to work with! We have zero complaints and have found the place for our yearly vacations! Thanks again so much!!!

Absolutely zero complaints for this specific condo, the entire property and location. It is on the quiter end of PCB and a bit smaller than the high rises so much less crowded. My family of 4 had plenty of room in the condo. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. The water pressure was perfect. There are two sinks in the king bathroom, not sure that is clear in the listing. It was a pleasant surprise. The space is much bigger than the pictures. The pool looks bigger in person too. Plenty of chairs. We loved all the seating options on the balcony, especially the loungers. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of closet space with extra blankets. Loved the convenient parking and fast elevators. We never waited. We loved our week long stay at this location. Very clean and quiet. Easy in and out. We would definitely book this condo again. John was great with communication.

WONDERFUL! My 3 girlfriends & I stayed at Palazzo July 2023. I have stayed at Palazzo before & couldn't wait to go back! It was even better than last time. This time we had a 4th floor unit with 2 bedrooms + a bunk room. To sum it up: Spacious. HUGE fabulous balcony. LOCATION. Parking. Quiet. Staff. Super clean. Comfy beds. Large kitchen with tons of amenities. Full size appliances. Convenient double vanities off the master (bonus for girlfriend). And the owner.....Extremely attentive & gave us everything we needed to know. He was available all the time with any questions! Never any issues! Will definitely rent from him again :) Thank you for an extremely great vacation!
