Recently renovated with new furnishings, appliances, paint, decor, and more, this condominium ensures a contemporary and welcoming atmosphere. Enjoy the convenience of a fully stocked kitchen, a full-size washer and dryer, and complimentary Wi-Fi. We eagerly anticipate your arrival!

Splash resort charges a SINGLE flat fee of $35 for parking for your entire stay (paid directly to Splash). Guest will stop by the HOA desk (gift shop) located at the sky bridge to get parking passes and wrist bands.
