You'll love it here! Welcome to 'Amen 30A', a beautiful new 3 bd, 2.5 bath home located in the Prominence community, one of 30A's best. The open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen have all been pro designed ~ ready for family dinners, snack time, and move night! The home is minutes from the community pool and beach, and the provided bikes make it easy to explore the area! Jump on the Timpoochee Trail, or head over to local favorite, The Big Chill.

- Dining: Dining area with seating for 4, plus 4 additional seats at the kitchen island as well.
- Community: Prominence has everything! 2 Resort style pools, outdoor space, outdoor grills, easy access to the beach, and quick stroll to The Big Chill. The Big Chill is a great family gathering place: entertainment like movies and concerts on the green, restaurants, and outdoor space for the family to hang. Perfect for evenings after the beach.
- Leave the beach gear to us: Beach umbrella, towels, and chairs are provided.
- Premium Goods are standard. Public Goods soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are stocked in every bathroom.

Other things to note:
- Parking is available in the driveway for 2 vehicles at the townhome directly in front of the garage door (unit B). There is no street parking available but there is overflow parking in South Prominence.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 25.
- Apologies, no furry friends are allowed at the home. We appreciate your understanding on this.
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
