This gorgeous, brand new construction beach home is located only steps to the sand (DIRECTLY across from the beach access, less than 1 minute walk), with views of the turquoise water and pristine white sandy beaches of the gulf. Our home is conveniently located on the west end of PCB (not far from Inlet beach). It is only a short 5 minute drive to the restaurants and shopping at Pier park, local watering holes, and the famous Thomas’ donuts and ice cream, and only 10 minutes from the upscale 30A Avenues in Inlet beach, and quaint downtown Rosemary Beach area.

The home and the pool is private. No shared spaces.

Our family friendly home has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms (sleeping 18 in total) and features:
a large heated, PRIVATE pool,
open concept living/kitchen area that is fully stocked and perfect for entertaining, (Keurig and Regular coffee maker provided, toaster, blender, pots/pans, dishes, utensils etc)
large ROKU TV’s in every room,
a laundry room,
charcoal grill,
private parking and
beach amenities for your use (chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, wagon)
Two bedrooms have queen over queen bunks (perfect for the kiddos) and the others all have King beds, each with an en-suite bathroom with oversized tile showers. One master on the main caters to elderly and a crib and highchair are provided for your convenience for the little ones.

Our home is on the quiet west end of PCB, yet it close enough to all the attractions you may want to enjoy with the kids. "Ripley's believe it-or-not" museum, water parks, miniature golf, etc. and Pier park are nearby. The area offers other activities including fishing excursions, jet skiing, boating, beach bon fires and much more. An array of rental companies in the area are available for renting paddle boards, kayaks, Bikes and golf carts. There are no shortage of great restaurants in the area, including casual, upscale and beach front dining (such as Sharky's). An amazing local grocery store called The carousel is within walking distance, or a 2 minute car ride (right on front beach Rd).

Linens and bath towels are provided, including an amenity kit to get you started (mini shampoo/conditioner/shower gel, mini dish soap, toilet paper, a paper towel, sponge, etc). We do not provide beach towels.

NO STUDENT GROUPS/SPRING BREAK PARTIES OR EVENTS – NO EXCEPTIONS. MIN AGE TO RENT IS 25 YEARS OR OLDER
NO PETS.
Fee to heat the pool (covers gas expense and call out fees) is $45/day.

Please Note: All credit card payments incur an additional 3% merchant processing fee. There are no fees for check or Venmo payments. If you prefer to pay via check or Venmo, please contact us after your booking.

Security Deposit: Please note that we charge an additional $500.00 fully refundable damage deposit for each reservation. The security deposit is refunded back 1-3 days after your stay as long as there are no damages to the property.

We require our standard rental agreement to be signed online by each group. The rental agreement is sent via DocuSign approximately 1 month before your arrival.

Security Cameras: We have outdoor security cameras at entry points at the property.
