Important Information for Your Stay:
Rental Agreement & ID: After booking, you’ll receive an email from GreatCondoRental with a link to the Rental Agreement. Please sign the agreement and upload a clear photo of your government-issued ID (Driver's License or Passport) to receive your Door Code.
PARKING and Resort Registration:
• All guests must complete the Online Vehicle Registration on the Sterling Reef HOA website.
• Register your vehicle(s) and pay the $50 per vehicle parking fee (up to 2 vehicles maximum) before arrival.
Arrival Information: Detailed arrival instructions will be sent via email 3 days before your check-in date.
